I am absolutely loving this ‘kamm mein zyadaa” series... so far I have loved this about Italian recipes... but I never looked at Indian recipes that way, because it often either lengthy on ingredients or method list or both... but this was awesome 👌🏼

dosa or uttappam break first time if tawa is not too hot. Heat tawa to full hot, then reduce flame and pour the batter. Cook on medium flame. It won't break. Of course apply oil before heating tawa.

Note for all new cooks like me: This is not as easy as he makes it look like. When I went to flip the uthappa it broke. :( Became upma...but a very tasty upma. :) You need practice to flip it over correctly.
