No it was not recorded with a potato, but there is some glare in the video sorry. Ink is a great movie, if you have not seen it I would highly recommend watching it.
Incredibly emotional and amazing movie. One of the best ever, I'd say. There's never a time where I don't tear up when watching this movie. Hell, even this clip is making me tear up.
A parental figure, embracing his flaws at a pivotal moment, recognizes that he is more than a tormented individual; that his scars and perceived ugliness is not as essential or as important as the safety and protection of the innocent, his daughter. With help from outside, positive forces; with fierce compassion and commitment to buy him time to defend and earn his salvation. A unified diversity against a divisive unity. So much cry. So much release.
Even with the terrible video quality of this post (taken straight off a TV screen via phone recording I presume) you can still feel the raw power and emotion (thanks in large part of course to the music score which is what truly affects us here). On my first viewing, as I reached the half way point, I was ready to abandon this film. I'm glad I stuck with it --- the truly memorable ending made it all worthwhile.
Thank you for doing this. There is no other video on youtube that capture this spectacular moment. I cried so effing hard that I cannot even admit to them being manly tears. The daughter hugs her father and I just lost it. I appreciate you holding a camera up for five minutes and recording the whole thing.
Greg Fisher, I tear up every time too, just like you :) This really demonstrates that when it comes to your kids, your love is absolute. Yes, I'd be ready any time to take down the whole Assembly for my child, in a heartbeat :)
I greatly appreciate your effort. It was a beautiful movie, I've watched it a few times, and sobbed each time. Thank you for recording everything. I think I'll share it on my F-book page, I know many others will feel the same way! :o)
An antihero becomes a hero once he recognises his daughter, the girl he was meant to bring to the Assembly as a sacrifice. He committed suicide via a gunshot to the head, which puts him essentially in Purgatory. He realises what he has done and then goes after the Assembly, and puts everything on the line for his daughter.
@@dannycool59x49 you're watching the end of the movie in this video lmao. spoiler alert is in the title of the video. I know it's a 3 year old comment, but figure you might even get a laught out of it.
@@xthexskrillex Sorry for replying to a 3 year old question, but time works differently between worlds. The Flow that brought Ink to be was the one where he didnt get into a car accident, He closed the deal and his daughter died. when Jacob broke it that allowed for John to come into contact with his daughter allowing for Ink to remember who he was.
Don't worry about "manly tears." At the risk of revealing my geek self, I'll quote another - "I will not say do not weep, for not all tears are an evil." Tears are human, and do not know gender.
Ink is a hero. Okay, he's got like seven dimensions. ( I bet you thought fluids had two and sometimes three ) But draw or write something anyway. I think he likes that. Stop fake news.

I've seen the whole movie seven times now since 2010, still not tired of it. It still stirs my emotions :)
I don't care if it's low budget I'd see it in theaters over and over again

+green31sw Every. Damn. Time.
Jakob's probably my favorite character out of them all.

This is the best movie of all time. I cannot believe it is an independent film!
When it comes to my kids, will I do what it takes, even in the afterlife? Absolutely.

Best movie ever made on a $100 budget
250k not 100$

Over directors would have used an exciting score for this scene.
The best come from independent
I would fight to the death for my son.
