I liked how they promptly remembered that Celestial hand floating in the midst of the ocean after the events of Eternals and decided to add that detail in the movie. Maybe we get to see more of it...who knows?
I hope it happens in future :- Sam Wilson will be given blood of Isra Bradley when Sam will be in very critical situation like death. Then to save the Sam may Bradley give blood to Sam wilson which will make sam Wilson as Super Soldiers.
