One point worth raising in regards to the Slugga Boyz is that even in melee stance, they get a surprising amount of use out of the burnas due, if nothing else, to the fact that the sheer numbers of Boyz repositioning during melee brawls means the burnas will not uncommonly splash a tied down enemy squad with strong AoE morale damage. Edit: you actually sort of touch on this when you are talking about the Stormboyz. On a large-mob build, if not all of the boyz are engaged in melee because there are too many models to make base contact with the enemy, there's a decent chance one of the flamers will end up firing for a while, burning through enemy morale.
Is the the maximum health and damage bonus negligible to the point where its better to just not reinforce squads? Usually when I don't reinforce my sluggas in the early game they tend to get wiped out pretty easily, though if I continue to reinforce then they can actually survive a pretty decent amount of time. Though I only play on harder against AI
Generally it is better to have more squads than having a big squad even with the ork mob bonuses but it is rather easy to activate most of the squad related bonuses. To activate them you either need to reinforce them once or add the nob squad leaders to them (nob leaders have pretty solid range and melee weapons).
It is 2%. That gets pretty big pretty quickly. The issue is that you only can use it well in ranged combat as you normally can't attack with 10 models in a squad effectively. That said, sluggas can be decent in ranged with the more dakka research and nob leaders.
@@TheLaughingMax true, what would you say is the sweet spot between too many models to the point they can't attack, and just enough for more of a damage boost
Hey, can you explain to me why the mod campaigns aren't showing up? And I also saw or I think that I am missing units and it is that I Downloaded the combined patch for 6.9.1 + 6.9.25 but it does not change anything, it says that I still have 6.9.0 and I tried it with both methods, it has the installer and the form manual but nothing, explain to me.

I swear, seeing your first swarm of orks will make you sweat bullets every time you fight them.

That's an interesting concept I haven't thought about so far. Thanks for sharing!
I'm certain most players will still say it's a bad investment overall, but it's still something that works more often than might be expected.
Amazing job!!
Thanks :-)

@@TheLaughingMax what about the 7% damage increase per member of the squad? Or is it just generally not worth it?
