tusk doesnt look like a fridge? tusk act 4 is made up of a hollow armour that has a curved spot at the end of its back made like a shell, at the bottom turns into a curtain made of chains,inside this hollow armour is tusk's legs,waist,turso and its neck arms and legs stick out of the armour for mobility purposes i assume
johnny makes his nails grow faster thru eating herbs or drinking herbal tea as its seen in the manga, its also in every game johnny is a playable character in? kinda wouldnt make sense for him to not have it? but it also doesnt make sense for there not to b switchable acts since every act has its own purpose johnny manily uses act 2 for shooting even after unlocking act 4 for example so i dont blame u here, they didnt stay true to the canon source in the slightest (from the moves ive seen) probs gonna b a cool stand either way
The first move is basically that one King Crimson move or that one PLANET//SHAPER move except apparently stunning for longer since you can get a barrage out of it
if its makes the bar heal, then it cost 0 heat to use which is kind weird so it will be problaly shield or special bar like as you said that makes your stats stronger

johnny standing up doesnt have to do with tusk act 4 being summoned, its due to his mastery over spin and him achieving the golden spin that is y he is able to walk and doesnt have the need to have act 4 summoned, (i belive, but the part about him needing act 4 2 b summoned just 2 b able to walk is not tru) his legs were “fixed” after he perfected the spin, we see him walk immediately after the valentine fight but at the time he hadnt regained full feeling in his legs

if its makes the bar heal, then it cost 0 heat to use which is kind weird
so it will be problaly shield or special bar like as you said that makes your stats stronger
