The site you shared tells about PSU/SMPS which is needed to power all the components. Your video says UPS which is an external power supply and is different from SMPS/PSU inside the computer. Also you are using laptop but entering desktop specs.
Anyone wants to buy UPS from me, just 6 months old, full warranty and invoice I have. As I recently bought inverter so don't need it anymore.
The inverter doesn't provide surge protection and AVR to your PC.
Also UPS ensures smooth transition to inverter power in case of power outage.

Dude you gave in the specs for a "desktop" variant of cpu and gpu. Laptop cpus and gpus use way less power, and gaming laptops are generally 150-200watt rated while some office laptops may go as low as 45 watts. Desktops on the other hand will go much higher. Talking about the i9 variant for desktop, i9-14900k draws 125 watt at base usage and as much as 230watts ar turbo, and this is just the cpu. The gpu draws even more, a 4080 super can draw about 320watts, while a 4090 can draw 450 watts alone.
I want 6 - 10 hours of backup for my gaming laptop (150W / 20V) and Dual Band router!
