I believe there is always room for new people to come into the high end market including Emirates Hills, despite the fiercely competitiveness nature of this City. Tho I think guys like yourself will not be intimated simply because of the years of experience and network you have built up. Not to mention that you know how to adapt in an ever changing environment to ensure you are always keeping your fingers on the pulse. Winners always embrace the challenge of competitors, new and old. We need it, and the market needs it, and so far it's working pretty well here in Dubai.
