    Yes! I’m half Korean and have a similar background in that my Father was military and my Mother was from Korea and they fell in love and the rest is history. ❤️ So this is special to see you bring your moms culture in the spotlight! Actually a lot of people have been waiting for this! We love the connection.

    Wow! My grandma boarded a ship from Italy to California (It passed through the Panama Canal.) to meet and marry my grandfather. She was actually my grandpa's second wife and my step grandma. She was sweet, kind and very traditional, which is what my grandpa was really looking for. She loved to take care of people, host family parties and make sure everyone left a little too full. She came when she was 19, and never returned to Italy.

    Before Fixer Upper ended. I have heard Joanna speak some Korean words. I am curious if Joanna speaks Korean fluently. And if so, like most Korean families. Did Joanna's mother only speak Korean to her, and her sister at home?

      No. She only knows a few basic expressions and she has more than one sister.

    So when Korean and American meet, their children would look like native Americans 😂. I really thought before that Joana was some sort of Native American.

      I honestly thought she was native american too lol because I am also native. pretty cool how both ethnic groups look similar

    • @barrettokarate
      @barrettokarate 2 года назад

      Native American? She don't look it at all. She looked Asian (Eurasian) to me. The moment I first saw her that was my guess.

    She was a juicy girl. Tell ,the truth we know it. Those who have lived in Korea know the truth. Dont play the racist card to make more money.

    The voiceless bear encouragingly repeat because periodical nomenclaturally fit besides a condemned pint. ludicrous, terrific process
