This is freaking epic, one of the best songs they have made! It's sad that Barlow is gone, but they couldn't have found a better replacement than Stu -He sings the old stuff really well. Just listen to this song?! He sings it almost as well as Barlow did. I am confident that Iced Earth will keep up the amazing music, and be part of the awesome metal-scene for many years to come! :)
I don’t listen to Iced Earth but I like melancholy a lot. Stu sings it more melodically and with all the passion of a fan. Matt’s voice is thicker. For a song like melancholy, he gets the edge.
Ripper wasn't bad, his style just didnt fit. he was the only iced earth singer to not have a good low end. His falsetto is one of the best in the world, some of the stuff he sang was unbelievable. A song like the reckoning is insane, and he could hit higher cleans than any of the other singers. The strong low end is what makes iced earth iced earth and he couldnt sing matts stuff very well, but in terms of his talent, he is not bad in any way, just the wrong fit.
That's Stu Block frontman of Into Eternity as well. He has replaced Matt and I am happy that he is the one.Ripper was bad. The drummer( Brent Smedley to Raphael Saini) has changed for the new album "Plagues of Babylon".
He should seriously stick to Into Eternity Iced earth without matt is why I stopped listening to them when he came back i was estatic now that hes gone from iced earth completely its not the same band anymore I have bedn listening to iced earth for years already and they have come a long way but with this singer I simply cannot tolerate it.... He sounds better in Into Eternity
Stu is an amazing singer!!!

Matt is probably my favorite vocalist of all time, but Stu absolutely nailed this!

THEYRE IN CYPRUS. BADASS!!!
Jon + Matt/Stu duet in th end always was epic.

who's this singer? i know Matt Barlow quitted and then we had tim owens for a while.. but who is this and who is it now?
Stu is brilliant but i miss Matt
This song is about Jesus’s crucifixion written from his point of view. It’s some heavy shit for sure
Stu Block é foda !!!!!!!!
o stu αναγέννησε τους iced earth ( stu reborn iced earth)!!!
As far as i'm concerned, iced earth = Jon anyway...
I hope Jon let's Stu open his vocals up more on the next album, I still think he sounds very bland compared to his work with Into Eternity.
No, they are power / thrash / progressive / heavy metal band.
He's like the thin version of Zack Wylde
He looks The Man himself...

Goddamnit. I hate the sound of this show's recording. It's so shallow.
