I started my own business this month and I am meeting with my first client today. I've come to realize that the key to amassing wealth lies in making sound investments. I purchased my first home at the age of 21 for $87,000 and sold it for $197,000. My second home, acquired for $170,000, was later sold for $320,000, and my third property, purchased at $300,000, fetched $589,000, with buyers covering all closing costs and expenses. This is the issue I am having. My employees all don't want the business to scale. They like things exactly the way they are because they like their jobs. Every time I hire a new person, the existing employees see that person as threatening their job security and they work to push the new employee to quit. This undermines my ability to scale the business because we constantly spend a lot of effort to recruit and train the new people only to lose them. Can you do a video on how to change the corporate culture to allow for scaling and have the current employees, who are good at their jobs, be OK with scaling?

Itd be great to do a deep dive into the mind and mentality it takes to scale. Transitioning from doing it yourself mindset to delegating. The risk that comes from scaling,protecting downside and how the nature of the problems you'll face are different or the same compared to the doing it yourself mindset

It’s hard to find good partnership
PATRICK HOW DO I SCALE IN A SERVICE BUSINESS THATS FLOODED WITH COMPETITION?? MY PARTNER IS CONSTANTLY SPEAKING ABOUT COMPETITION LOWERING THE PRICE IF SERVICE SO MUCH THEY ARE DAMN NEAR FREE & IM ALWAYS TELLING HIM WE CANT GO DOWN ON OUR PRICES BECAUSE THATS A RACE TO THE BOTTOM! PLUS OUR SERVICE IS GREAT SO I DONT WANT TO WATER IT DOWN BUT I SEE HIS POINT ALSO. If I’m going to speak, honestly, a lot of the service work is being flooded by people coming here from California. in the past year and a half we’ve had over 1 million people specifically from California alone. And I know they have cheap businesses out there because it’s so populated but I don’t want to do that here.
What EXACTLY does a driver do? Please CLARIFY.....Of COURSE Steve Jobs is the biggest honcho on Apple but what EXACTLY does he do that MAKES him the driver that you say he is!
focus on scaling but make sure you keep consistent with your sales, the best products don't always win, have your foundation be a system, there's a difference between being a driver and having a business depend on you, think very big, don't celebrate too long, there's a difference between working on and in your business it's all about timing and when to transition, optimize your business, leverage is the art of partnering with others correctly

Hey, Pat. How do I create systems. Recently I gained a partner and after I gained this partner, I realized how much my business has brought together. I told you many times that I'm in mobile detailing. Well, it's actually a Mobile Carwash, and I realize that I have multiple areas that I can't manage by myself. I have a barber shop with people that want me to wash their vehicles. I have a dealership that I go to occasionally and a few clients that call me through out the week. After watching this video I realize that I need to leverage some of this stuff to others. But I need a system so I can track how cars are being washed. How do I create systems, Pat?

I love that video Patrick! It's a great topic for Entrepreneurs but also for somebody with a great idea who is planing to take courage and make the biggest step of his life, it makes us also ask honestly ourself in where we can be productive into the company, I'm a bit confused about all the staff I've learned in this short period of time, I got your suggestions and my life is improving so radically, I stopped hanging around with friends at the bar and started to meet business man and investors at toastmasters and I'm getting slowly a man, I restarted my self challenge instinct, and developing my speaking and leadership skills at this club, finally I go to bed smiling, I like to improve now knowing that is possible and stop listening people telling me i can't be successful coz I'm poor, those 2 months of commitments made me believe in capitalism, your channel will help grow so many great companies make this world a better planet!
