@@iris6948 I'm actually not sure, but i think he was probably forgotten about, as to why there is a book about Henri called "The Forgotten Boy" or something along those lines. I think he could also see the dead, which was probably the price for making a deal with the Strange Boy.

Henri had this “consequence” from the deal Elise made that would have the people of the dead talk to him in the night,
Elise might have had this too (Nightly visions that where mentioned in harpae’s area) because she was the one who caused the “curse” on the family
Henri’s sister (I’m not saying her name for a reason) was the one who I think suffered most from the curse because their mom traded her name for wealth , and she along with her brother had a rather unsafe home( mother passing away, abusive father, family being a demon’s play toy/ entertainment) so she then developed Multiple personality disorder along with other mental illnesses . She then went in a coma that lasted through her teenage years (she was around 13 when it started).
Due The the unsafe home, henri made a deal with THE EXACT SAME DEMON HIS MOM MADE A DEAL WITH to practically escape the “burden”

Probably this new game will be focusing on Henri, how he helped Strange Boy. He loves Goldia, but we would probably get to see how Goldia act after she got separated into three personalities.
In Harpae's theatre, we saw that he mocked Harpae "You're not my sister", meaning that he's aware that Harpae is taking control of Goldia at that time.
Goldia hurts herself and ripping her notes, and blaming it to Lissette. For this, i think Lisette is more like a scapegoat for Goldia. So Goldia can blame Lisette.
I mean, even if there would no game. They wouldn't just left this franchise after giving these information in the remake (Pocket Mirror : Goldenertraum & Little Goody Two Shoes) for nothing. Although to me, they already gave us enough answers instead of more questions, is just i think it needs to be explored more.
*( Goldia's sudden tantrum and hatred towards Henri, meaning that Fleta is in control. )
We have a prequel now and this would be an excellent sequel. I want this.

This song is doing a great job of pulling me back into PM, it perfectly captures that “twisted yet graceful” atmosphere that I fell in love with the game for! It only makes me look forward to LGTS and any future songs and games..!
As for the story of the song itself, here's what I got:
(0:40) Henri studied a lot more than Goldia, who played and doodled instead of doing her work. He was somehow aware of the curse that would soon befall the family (as a result of Elise's deal with the Strange Boy), and (1:08) saw the various parties and gatherings they did (the one we saw in PM in Harpae's area would be an example, look at the dresses; and based on the background, maybe the ball in Egliette's area too?) as a front to hide the family's secret.
(1:45) When Elise passed away and left that letter (the Liebesbrief), the curse took hold of Goldia, "shattering her into three" and forming her three personalities we see in detail in the game (Enjel was a fake, created by the Strange Boy to serve as competition and take the Pocket Mirror). Based on Henri referring to her as his "bosom friend", it seems they got along well and loved each other as siblings, but when she was split into three, the personalities all hated him or ignored him, thus separating the twins (she was also taken away to the mental hospital we see in the Dawn ending after their father died). With their mother dead (from an illness we might see explained in LGTS), and his sister suffering from those three personalities, he was left with his father, but we know from Harpae's area that he was abusive, so Henri stayed away.
(2:33) Feeling trapped and alone, he decided to make a deal with the Strange Boy himself and become cursed like Goldia, "following in her footsteps". He gave him his name (which seems to be the usual cost for the deal) and took his hand, not caring what happens to him as long as he's free from the "Heilige burden". I'm not quite sure what curse he was put under, but from the beginning mentioning his "untimely death", we can assume he died... and was forgotten about? There was a missable book by Henri called "Memories of a Forgotten Boy" in Harpae's area, after all.
I don't think Henri has much connection with the Strange Boy. He just had a similar appearance. Maybe the demon took his form? He was presumably summoned just by Henri wishing to be free, just like Elise wished for wealth.
The part at 1:45 is my favourite... it tells us how the curse really changed Goldia and it sounds so sad as Henri was separated from her...

I think he didn't took Henri's apparence, because we see in the theater that The Strange boy has the same apparence in the game.

i miss this game it was soooo underrated if people like mark or pewdiepie played it. it would've gotten real popular but sadly that didnt happen and im actually really sad that it never got popular :( story was amazing!

Absolutely loved this. Pocket Mirror is my favourite Indie game and one of my favourite horror games of all time.
From what I remember there was book in Fleta's library written by Henri (Goldia's brother). Honestly this video did answer some of my questions! and well of course is amazinggggggggg

i am in LOVE with this story and this is like the fifth time i've watched it, and i'm finding myself more interested in everything
am i the only one really curious about all this? this story is so amazing and it makes me wonder how other games are gonna play out after little goody two shoes aswell! who could the three even be? i assumed fleta harpae and lisette but that leaves out enjel who is an exact opposite copy of goldia. will the games end up covering the entire family? first Goldia, then Elise, then Henri, and the father? how did Henri even find the strange boy? I used to believe Henri was the strange boy but now who knows? what happened to him?
im completely unsure and questioning all of it, but i want to watch and play as much as i can!
The three were Fleta, Harpae, and Lisette. Enjel was left out because she wasn’t a part of Goldia, she was created by the strange boy when the others were personalities Goldia assumed as a coping mechanism.
