Steve gave Nick the 10 bucks becuase he told him he didn't think anything would surprise him and fury made a bet with him that 10 dollars he would be wrong
Yeah someone mentioned that and it made sense...I was just thinking he tipped him lmao
@@SofaandChill To be fair, I thought the same thing the first time I saw it.

@@browndestroyer3016 I'd watch all those except MoS, BvS and JL...at least you skipped the first SS. The rest are really fun though. Haven't seen WW84 yet myself.
@@dupersuper1938 I don't care about your opinion. I don't like fun movies. They're for children.
Can’t wait! 10 years later this is still one of my favorite MCU films (top 3 I’d say). It was awesome seeing the Avengers finally assembling on the big screen 🙂
This was an amazing movie and the special effect make it hard to believe that this was from 2012!
Nick:”bet you $10 I can shock you more.”
Steve: (reached into his pocket and pay the bet)
Ahhh right, that's what it was? thanks mate
Be careful because some MCU movies have more than one after credits scene. In this movie there were two after credits scene, the one that you saw and another one after all the credits that was a joke about the Avengers eating shawrma in a restaurant after the battle of New York.
Loved your reaction as always, lads!
One thing...you missed one end credit. Nbd, but an adorable shawarma scene 😸
🖤🌹🖤🧛🏻♀️
After Whiplash Tony changed his armor to absorb energy. With every flaw he encounters, the next suit willl compensate for it.
the first post credits is thanos also ther was a second post credits scene
when it comes to the disney+ series i suggest watch it after avengers endgame, and when it comes to hawkeye series watch it after endgame, after black widow and during Christmas because it's a Christmas show.
15:51 cap said in the boxing area he said at this point i doubt anything surprise me, nick then said 10 bucks says your wrong. that's the 10 bucks.
Hulk sucker punching Thor during the Battle of New York was a little payback for their fight on the helicarrier. Hulk can be very petty. 😆 He has the emotional intelligence of a young child.
Thor and Hulk have a bit of a rivalry as to who is the strongest Avenger. That’s one of the reasons why Hulk punched Thor even after working together. 😂
By the way, did you forget to watch the 2nd after credits scene? It’s at the very end.
Saw this in theaters when I was 11 years old I’ve seen them all in theaters but this is the first one I remember because I remember the I’m always angry scene and it’s the first time my local theater had ever had people just erupt into applause
I would have loved to have seen this at the cinema :)
This makes me feel incredibly old...
I was about to see this too in theathers, 1 was 7 years old
It also was going to be my first 12+ movie in theathers, the sound was way to loud for me so we went out in the first 5 minutes 😂
@@xd_Joliss lol
"I'm always angry" is still one of my favorite scenes in these movies.
I still can’t believe how people hate Mark Ruffalo’s Hulk and prefer Edward Norton’s. I’m a huge fan of the Hulk and yes, I do not love the Hulk since Ragnarok but I don’t hate him either, like he brought everyone back with the snap. The best Hulk was in Avengers 2012 and Age of Ultron, but people forget about that version and think Norton’s is better. Mark Ruffalo’s is perfect as Bruce, he has great acting and it’s sad that Marvel never had the rights to the character and they never did him justice. Avengers 2012 Hulk was scary, Black Widow was scared asf and fans think Norton’s was scarier or stronger and he wasn’t. That Hulk couldn’t even lift cars without struggling, he wasn’t that strong, Mark Ruffalo’s version is the strongest. Look at what he did after that line “I’m always angry” that punch alone surpass anything Edward Norton’s Hulk did and Professor Hulk even did the snap that almost killed Thanos. I do wish the MCU had the rights to the character and did him justice but it’s too late now, he will be replaced by her cousin but at least he gave us good moments. This will always be my favorite Hulk, he was amazing.
Such an epic line followed by an effortless and painless instant Hulkout. I love it
@@reynaldolorenzo8409nah Ed Norton is way better mark is also a nut case
You guys should also check out the Lord of the Rings movies (extended editions). They are to fantasy what Star Wars is to sci-fi. Amazing settings, rich lore, great characters, etc. The extended editions are really long, but they are so worth it!
Star Wars is not science fiction. It is fantasy; a fairy tale that happens to be set in space. Perhaps the setting is what confuses people, but just because something takes place in space doesn't make it science fiction.
Furture Notice as said last Marvel video. End credit scenes are always safe to watch and there are normally always two, one after the credit sequence and one after the credit crawl.
The magnificent shawarma scene 🤙🏼
Great reactions from you both when Agent Coulson died. One thing I like about the MCU is that characters can & do die...gives the story more impact in my opinion.
Totally agree bro and it was a real big shock! I thought he was a recurring character throughout!
@@SofaandChill since you mentioned it tho, i will forever recommend agents of shield! ^^ Favorite show of all time for me
@@ap4e_941 "Sorry, there was a bulb out. I couldnt resist" 😉
This is definitely one of the most epic films in MCU history. The beginning of an memorable era. An assemblage!
So, in case it wasn't already brought up, Hulk went after Nat on the helicarrier because he came out because Banner was hurt. When that kind of thing happens, Hulk is in "protect" mode, and is just pissed in general. If Bruce let's him out, he's basically "aiming" him, which is how he can normally contain him untll he wants by being "always angry."
This Film is legendary, timeless and will for ever be one of the greats.
It was so good mate, we absolutely loved it!
Avengers was a must win for the MCU. Had Avengers underperformed and been terrible that the MCU probably wouldn't be a thing nowadays and characters like Guardians OF The Galaxy, Scarlet Witch, Shang Chi, Black Panther, Captain Marvel ect. Wouldn't be as popular if they would've been popular nowadays. I feel like it's great due to how they set it up for 4 years and mainly decided to set up the first avengers film then set up Thanos and have the Thanos battle be 6 years later while introducing new characters in that time frame
Very clever how they have done it and yeah, it's a massive win for the MCU. Seriously can not wait to see what's next :)
Saw 'Dr Strange in The Multiverse of Madness' yesterday so this will top off a nice weekend during which I (42) got into the groove on Friday by watching 'Eternals' then Saturday morning 'Spider-Man: No Way Home' both with my own Dad (who is 73 and now up to speed on the MCU save for 'Moon Knight'). I loved watching you 2 enjoy the Star Wars films so this should be a treat!
Hi Stee, Did you enjoy The Multiverse of Madness? I have stayed away from spoilers but have picked up that people were a little disappointed with it!
We loved watching Star Wars mate and sitting down on Saturday to watch the Phantom Menace :)
So great that you get to watch them with your own dad too, good times mate
@@SofaandChill good times indeed Kevin- cheers for the reply - I loved DRSITMMOM but my friend whom I went to see it with was more 'er'.
There wasn't that many laughs, something not typical of these films by and large but I thought that the more creepy vibe was welcome at this point as well as being pure Sam Raimi. It was pretty short as well - after the bum - numbing experiences of Spiderman and The Batman it zipped along at just over 2 hours.
While I liked the pace I do not think that an extra 10 - 15 minutes would have hurt in order to allow some of the stuff to breath more. Its not complex but still a lot to take in for such a short runtime.
I hope Lewis liked TPM, the last video of yours that I watched was your react to 'Revenge of the Sith which was wonderful.
@@SofaandChill I loved MOM, but I have to worn you that it's a straight-out horror film as well as a superhero film, and is really terrifying, with nightmare-ish imagery, so I'd bear that in mind when you are ready to see it. Every Marvel film is unique in its own way, and this time there's the Sam Raimi Evil Dead horror aspect.
But otherwise, I think it's great, although some of that is seeing multiversal versions of major characters from the comics not previously seen in the Marvel Studios films.
@@SofaandChill the reason people where disappointed is becouse they expected a movie full with cameos
We got a few. other than that, sometimes the dialogue was cringy but not really that noticeable.
Good movie, top 8 marvel for me
@@SofaandChill I was very disappointed with it. Kind of hard to tell you why with out spoilers. So I'll just say that I hated how a character( you'll meet this person in Avengers 2) is treated and used in MoM. Tho it does have some awesome cameos in it!
My theory is that the element Tony Stark creates in Iron Man 2, is the same energy that the Tesseract emits. Howard Stark had access to the Tesseract for a while, I imagine that is what he wanted Tony to discover.
"I kinda see what the fuss is about now."
That was me in the theater in 2012, finally realizing why comic book nerds have loved the superhero genre in the passionate way they have for decades.
The avengers are all great movies! So im really excited for the reaction
This was brilliant mate
Cap gave Fury money because Fury said "Ten bucks says you're wrong" about the world being even weirder than before.
"He looks like a bad boy, doesn't he?" Oh my, if only he knew!
FANTASTIC edit on this one! Well done. I love your MCU reactions and I am so excited for you to see where this is about to go...
"its like when the emperor tried to get luke on the dark side" - ahhhhhhh yesss teaching them young I see :) well done hahaha
I remember seeing The Avengers in theaters with my family. Literally everyone had tears in their eyes from laughing so hard at the scene where the Hulk was repeatedly slamming Loki into the floor.
Without a doubt, this is definitely one of my favorite movies; a very good story, plenty of action and the humor is actually funny. Most humor in Hollywood these days tends to either fall flat on its face, or it's ridiculously heavy in sexual perversion and cursing. Some cursing is fine, it just doesn't need to take up the entire comedy sketch.
Most marvel movies will have 2 end credit scenes so make sure you stick it out till the very end.. you guys are awesome! Loving the reactions keep it up
FYI, the Hulk punches Thor in the climactic battle as he's still a little pissed about their spat on the SHIELD Helicarrier. Nothing too serious, obviously. :)
Ahhh I thought it might have been something like that :)
Absolutely love your reactions and cannot wait for this one. Greetings from Finland!
Thank you so much Nicklas, we loved this movie so much!
Coulson does come back in Agents of SHIELD, if you want to know how you could check that out, but just for the sake of the films he is still dead to most of the characters and the show only impacts the films in small ways.
Ahh right, thanks Lucas :) was a big shock him dying like that!
@@SofaandChill Loved your reactions to that
@@lucasdolding6924 Thanks Lucas mate
@@SofaandChill Np guys, I love how interactive you are with the comments, I really appreciate it
@@SofaandChill Agents of SHIELD is not believed to be canon though.
Dont forget about the last cut scene in the Schwarma restaurant.
I totally recommend Agents of Shield, lots is learned about Coleson and Tahiti, which is a magical place.
this movie in the cinemas was such a unique experience something i never experience it before for any other movie, its in graved both in my memories and heart, it wasn't until End Game that i had that same experience again.
And that concludes Phase One of the MCU. Congratulations, lads! Super stoked to watch you continuing the journey :D
Avengers is one of those films that is still just as good now as it was then. Although Iron Man kind of started the whole thing with multiple different characters getting solo films this movie is what changed the game big time. Avengers is the first real epic team up and hero line up and it’s such a special milestone for what this Franchise and universe becomes years after it’s release. 😄
Now you should watch "Agents of SHIELD" :D
You 100% need to watch Agents of shield. Its like the clone wars for marvel in my opinion.
Hey guys, just a reminder, as I previously suggested, you may want to have a look at Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. now, at least watch the first episode. You'll know why I'm suggesting it within the first 5 minutes.
Before the next movie Iron Man 3, see two short films released by Marvel Studios like the ones you saw earlier ( The Counsultant and A Funny Thing That Happen on the Way to Thor's Hammer). The two short films are Item 47 and the Agent Carter short film. After you see Iron Man 3 and before you see Thor: The Dark World, see the short film All Hail The King.
Coulson is a big character made a series (agents of shield) with him as one of the main character. That series came after the first avengers movie.
Don’t be tempted to watch Hawkeye until after End Games due to spoilers
I won't, thanks for letting me know :)
@@SofaandChill Definitely be sure to watch all of the Marvel stuff in chronological order. The Disney site does a good presentation if you have access. Otherwise various web pages give timelines.
It doesn't matter HOW many times I've seen the movie, seeing Loki getting ragdolled by The Hulk is always a laugh riot. So is Thor getting punched by The Hulk. lol
Hawkeye is known as the man who can’t miss. 😊🏹
Too bad you missed shawarma. 😒 For the future, many Marvel movies have a second super-secret end credits scene at the very end.
Great reaction!
Agents of Shield is my favorite Marvel show (pre-phase 4). It's 7 seasons though, so it will take some commitment but you will find out what happened to Coulson.
Tahiti is a magical place.
I loved the Hawkeye show though I think Im more partial to it than some people. Definitely worth giving it a shot imo.
Coulson will indeed continue to be a big character after this movie. As seven seasons/136 episodes of Agents of SHIELD will prove, his story is nowhere near finished.
48:58 You should watch all the movies in relsease order. Not just fanboy gushing, this is why. All these films are DIRECTLY tied together to tell one cohesive story and was designed as such from the start. Yes, the individual movies introduce or revisit a character and you can watch in any order, sort of. The climax is in an Avengers movie. But also there is a big storys that cover the first 23 movies if you watch in order. Think each movie is a chapter. The Avengers movie finishes a book. Avengers: Endgame closes the epic known as The Infinity Saga.
Coleson comes back in "agents of shield" TV show
Watching what happened to Colson, all I could think was, "Ah! Tahiti." And if you watch Agents of SHIELD, you'll discover what I mean.
A little comic book background. The big bad guy at the end, I will reserve his name, is in love with the personification of death, Lady Death, so the comment about courting death is a positive in his mind.
Great reaction!! Can't wait for more
loki , iron man & bucky aka the winter soldier are my favorites 👏🏽
After 10 years, this movie is still entertaining.
I have that same Iron Man mug! It was gifted to me from a friend about a year ago.
I really enjoy this channel, it reminds me big-time of watching movies with my dad when I was little
For more Caulson see Captain Marvel and all 7 seasons of Agents of SHIELD. Outside the MCU he also shows up in cartoons and video games and was popular enough to be added to the comics.
There was another scene at the end of the credits. Most marvel movies will have a few, not just one, credits scene.
The part where Hawkeye swings through the window. He actuality broke good ankle while they were filming that scene.
Great review again .... and loved the Ironman cup in the beginning.
Loved your reaction fellas! Hope you guys gonna get into more classic stuff. I've love to see you and your son react of Lord of the rings
We currently have that on our Patreon, we will add it to youtube when I get the time to edit it :)
I love how Tony learned how to deal with electricity after dealing with Vanko in Iron man 2, and his very Stylish way of removing his suit. Always learning and improving upon past struggle
Great reactions!!
Glad to see you happy with your son :))
Thanks Ryan, I'm one lucky guy :)
@@SofaandChill you are :)
I appreciate y’all ! Cant wait for my boys to get old enough to watch these with
Thanks, Kev & Lewis! 💥
If you pay attention to the progression of Iron Man you'll notice anything that is a weakness of any design gets addressed in the next. In the first fight with Vanko the suit was damaged by the whip energy so this suit has the ability to absorb energy which helps him fight Thor
Also the waitress is played by Ashley Johnson, the original Ellie. She was meant to be a bigger character but they didn't follow through with that
You missed the second post credit scene. Always assume there's going to be one at the top of the credit scroll, and another after all the credits have been shown.
You missed the Shawarma eating scene at very end of credits. Love your guys reactions
Thanks Jason and yeah we have been informed! we thought there is only 1 after credit scene! we will make sure next time lol
Dunno if you guys are audio junkies or enjoy hearing every little detail in movies, but I feel like you both would absolutely love high def headphones. Specifically open-back style. Good sound, idk. It's a feel good when you find a headphone sound you absolutely cannot part with. Heck sennheiser HD 598 and 600 models usually go on sale every few weeks to months (reasonably expensive when not on sale) ... like bringing the theater home when dolby atmos is enabled
Here is a like for the algorithm! 😃 Love your content, I am slowly catching up.
Sometimes Marvel movies have multiple post-credit scenes, so pay attention!
Agents of Shield explains how Colston survives.
Now you're getting to the good stuff. At the moment those weird guys are Loki's bosses. No he didn't tip him...he lost a bet and was paying up. Hulk is going after Widow because he's in rage mode and he can't control himself. Widow and Hawkeye have a long history and are best friends for life. Hulk punched Thor because he doesn't like him because he fought with him on the Helicarrier. You should watch Agents of shield to learn more about Coleson.
Fun as always lads! By the way, I have a suggestion for you two. One of my favorite movies. And, I think it is right up Lewis' alley. It is called 'Big Troube In Little China' and stars Kurt Russel and Kim Cattrall. It came out in 1986 and was directed by the one and only John Carpenter. If you are not aware of it, please look into it. I think you both will love it.
Coulson did die here, but was brought back to life in the first episode of AGENTS OF S.H.I.E.L.D., secretly. Nobody in the movies were ever told, so far as we know, that Coulson survived, although, well, his life is certainly under threat throughout AGENTS OF S.H.I.E.L.D.
Which you guys should definitely watch, though granted it's a major commitment. But it's a great Marvel show, even though it's unclear if it will ever be acknowledged in the MCU.
The first season is a bit slow until a late-season development that jumps the excitement up to another level, and then it just gets more and more fantastic, in both senses of the word, each season. The characters truly change and evolve.
Hawkeye's arrow didn't just "go into" the heli-carrier's computer: it was a USB arrow.
You guys also have to see HAWKEYE, the Disney + Marvel show. But, then, you should see AOS, AGENT CARTER, the Marvel Shorts, DAREDEVIL, JESSICA JONES, LUKE CAGE, THE DEFENDERS, WANDAVISION, LOKI, THE FALCON AND THE WINTER SOLDIER, at least. They're all amazingly good.
I'd put at a lower tier INHUMANS, MOON KNIGHT, RUNAWAYS, THE GIFTED, LEGION, the last three of which almost certainly aren't in the MCU anyway, at least for now. And this is just my personal opinion: other people will have different opinions, of course.
lmao, awesome Graham :)
@@SofaandChill I will add one thing to Graham's suggestion. Do not go beyond Episode 15 of "Agents of Shield" before you get to "Captain America: The Winter Soldier" in the movies. There is a major tie-in starting in that episode that if you watch the episode first, it will spoil the movie.
Can’t wait!!!
:)
IRON MAN 3, THOR DARK WORLD, CAPTAIN AMERICA: THE WINTER SOILDER THATS THOSE ARE THE NEXT THREE IN ORDER LOVE YOUR REACTIONS KEEP IT UP I SUPPORT
16:00 Not a tip. Earlier at the gymnasium, Steve made a $10 bet that he could not be impressed by the world anymore. He lost.

@@SofaandChill: I was hesitant to say that when you did your first videos together you almost looked like a ventriloquist and dummy. (In a cute way, not a dumb way!) But I didn't want to sound insulting. I just thought the idea was hilarious.
I love the phase one movies because they are what started it all. However, when compared to what is to come, they definitely show their age. Phase 2, the movies start to hit their stride. Only a couple of them are seen as being not as good as the others. Which isn't to say they are bad movies, they just don't quite stack up to the other movies. Now, phase three is insane. Especially Avenger's 3 and 4.
As a side note, while you watch the MCU. Sprinkle in the other marvel movies for backstory and history of characters. Such as the Toby Maguire and Andrew Garfield Spiderman movies. Also, some X-Men movies with Patrick Stewart and Ian McKellen. For fun you could also watch Fantastic 4 with Chris Evans playing the human torch before he was Captain America in the MCU. Going into phase 4 it is useful to know some of the stories that came before the MCU really got going and Disney Marvel acquiring X-MEN and Fantastic 4 from 20th Century Fox. As well as the deals with Sony for Spiderman.
Just so you know there can be multiple end credits scenes in Marvel movies. You didn't miss anything important but just a heads up for next time. It was just all the Avengers eating at the Shwarma place.
Cap should have said take orders from me because I'm a captain
Hulk had punched Thor, because he didn't really like him. The last time they saw each other, they were fighting.
lol yeah that makes sense! kind of Hulk finishing the fight lol
This film is ten years old this year. Where’d all the time go?
Also, I’m still wondering why no one in the movie made a big deal about Cap’s shield blocking Mjolnir.
Man, can't wait till you guys watch The Winter Soldier, my favorite Marvel movie!
Why did the Hulk punch Thor? Because they’re best friends. It’s how Hulk shows affection. He knows Thor can take it.
It is said, edward norton was difficult to work with, he kept rewriting the whole script
They really need to check "Agents Of Shield". It was a brilliant series!
It really was.
I miss that show so much.
It's a beautiful place......
I still to this day think it’s a top 5 mcu movie it’s my number 4 behind endgame civil war and infinity war but ahead of no way home and the winter soldier and guardians of the galaxy 1 and 2 as well as moon knight (show) and Shang chi round off my top 10 this is gonna be a great reaction
Hope you enjoyed it my friend! :)
The only Marvel series that are considered canon to the MCU are the ones that are produced by Kevin Feige and Marvel Studios and are alongside the movies in the Disney + (WandaVision, Falcon and the Winter Soldier, Loki, What If, Hawkeye, Moon Knight among others that will come). Every other Marvel series that were launched by the extinct Marvel Television are considered non canon to the MCU because they were not produced by Kevin Feige but for ABC, Netflix or Hulu (Agents of Shield, Agent Carter, Daredevil, Jessica Jones, Luke Cage, Iron Fist, Defenders, Punisher, Runaways, Cloak and Dagger, Hellstrom), so they are considered like alternative stories in order to not mess with the timeline that Kevin Feige created. So in the official MCU timeline, Coulson is really dead.
Thanks for the comment my friend! really appreciate it...you know your stuff :)
Except that now characters from the Netflix series have shown up in new MCU productions, so the jury is out on everything else as regards the future.
@@NoHandleGrr They used the same characters of the Netflix series in the MCU, but they will not use the plots of that series in the MCU.

Hulk punched Thor out of frame because of the fight on the carrier in the airplane hangar. He wanted the last hit.

I can't believe, you skipped Black Widow (Natasha Romanov) [Scarlett Johanssen]'s epic line after Tony said "I'm bringing the party to you" of " don't see how that's a party."
Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.as a series can be watched, as long as you make sure not to watch episodes that aired less than a week from any movie, before watching the movie, it has tie ins, I can't say more without spoiling. Basically, first season is fine for you at this point, then wait until the next team up movie, I think, if I recall correctly, after the next Avengers movie, you're clear until season 4 episode 1, but my memory is fuzzy, as when re-watching, I usually either do multiple movies, or a couple seasons.
This movie is really 🤬 good!
