Just stumbled on your videos from a comment you made about Appalachian folks and the Irish brand of warmth you felt contrasts with Parisians. The important part for me was Irish warmth or friendliness, which I believe I inherited from my dear parents & grandparents, maybe not always as an asset, though I melt when I walk into it. But no matter, they're the sweet angels' reasons I got this far--and you! ~ thanks for helping explain who the heaven I am, and the terrible power of anxiety and the little feathered thing that perches in the soul! You're an earthly sweetheart, I figured! And wasn't I correct.
Thank you sir 🙏🏽🤝. Isn't it funny how the Appalachian trail does something to me anytime I watch it I feel a certain way I can only describe it as a feeling of happiness and belonging as the folk living there are the kind I'd love to spend my time with. Real humans with the core values still in their hearts. Crazy how my comment took you here to RUclips videos. By the way you have a beautiful way with words sir. God bless you 🙏🏽🤝 love from Ireland ☘️
@@FromPanictoParis And thank you, again. What a good man you are to spend your time reassuring other people--I'm certain many are people with few or no other trusted sources of reassurance in their lives. Let's hope they take up your superpower to be an agent of stability for others! Maybe one day we'll wake up to a truly better world.
But you won't lose control during a panic attack, nobody ever does, just know that, no matter how bad it feels it's not actually real, you're just feeling scared and stressed and as a result lots of andrenaline and cortisol is being released into your system which feels really intense but it's harmless. A panic attack is just the fear of having a panic attack.
