    Thanks for your recipe, i tried , it was baked for 18 min ,but the top remained white, didn't turn brown like yours, should I need to bake somemore time ?

      Bake till the skewer comes out clean. Maybe 2-5mins.more. Keep an eye. Every oven has a different setting also ensure that u bake it in a pre heated oven. Hope this helps😊

    This was my first cupcake attempt and it turned out very well .. thanks😊.. one doubt i had do we have to coat oil on the cup cake mould..? I used cupcake paper and the cakes were not coming out completely.. i am new to baking do didnt know what to do..

    Hi Priya.. In the recipe I see baking powder thrice (one tsp, half tsp and one pinch).. We do not require baking soda for this?

    Today I tried your recipe, and it turned out superb soft. Even i m baking cakes for a long time, but that kind of soft never made. Just sweetness was little light, i need to increase the sugar

      Yes, they are super soft but sweetness is very low to me. I also think incresing sugar amount will be nice.

      Its just a normal medium sized cupcake mould. Any medium size would work fine it will almost make 9 cupcakes

    If we make it in silicon molds do we lay cupcake liners or we can directly pour batter on silicon molds??
    Also if we make in airfryer what should be the temperature and timings

      @@meghnamehrotra2033 havent tried in air fryer..for silicon moulds..you may pour directly, it comes out easily but its not convinient to store so I always end up lining it.

    I'm making this recipe today. Is it ok to keep the rest of the batter for 15 mins while the 1st batch bakes? Because this measurement does more than 6 cupcakes. I guess almost 16 can be done.

      This makes 9 cupcakes. Use the batter immediately, do not keep it for rest. You may alternatively make the remaining 3 in pan ( without oven ) the link for the same i will share with you

      Same quantity. Use softened butter. Take it out from fridge let it sit at room temp to soften for some minutes and then use.

      @@chastella6168 I havent tried making them in airfryer but the standard temperature is at 160deg for 15-18 mins. Do keep and eye and adjust accordingly.

      All purpose flour 1cup 120gm
      Milk 1/2cup 125gm
      Curd 1/2cup 120gm
      Oil 1/4cup 55gm
      Powdered sugar 1/2cup 65gm

    Instead of maida can I use Suji ?? If yes then is there any change in baking time??

      Haven’t tried replacing maida with sooji hence can’t really comment. But that’s for sure if you go ahead with this recipe as is; it turns out to be super soft😊

      Probable reasons for domed shaped cupcakes-
      If the oven temperature is too high.
      If you fill the batter too much.
      If you overmix.
