Two years ago I was visiting Budapest (I was born in Budapest) and attended two operas (in the beautiful Opera house in Budapest) with one of my granddaughters. And among many likes that I got I noticed the name of Ernesto Petti, the name I remembered in your conversation with "our" Barone, so I was very much surprised. It is him, if there are no other with the same name? I will never know for sure. So after that I became interested in him and listened to many arias he sang(on RUclips), and I really like his voice. @@judithbereczky4114 Dear, dear Giuditta what a surprise! I have many pleasant memories of you...My family and I are fine. There is one and only one Ernesto Petti! He is very good, he is fantastic! Our "Barone" is also fantastic and her career is going very well. He is a great baritone and a great man. I don't think he will retourn to the channel. I recomend the channel "Bayreuth Vinylman" if you like Wagner. Every year it organizes the streaming of the Bayreuth Festival. There's also a chat with Wagnerians from all over the world...very fun. I wish we could meet and talk in person, but it is impossible for me, since I'm too old to travel again. But you could come here at some point, what do you think? It would be so nice. Of all the Verdi operas you've done thus far in your young career, which Verdi opera is your most favorite? Which Verdi opera is your most hated/least favorite? Plus, any advice you can give to a 27-year-old budding "jugendlischer dramatisch (young dramatic)" baritone in terms of repertoire choices and overall attitudes towards their studies?
