Progressive I ran a quote through you guys direct with my wife and I, bc our agent is astronomical, and to my shock there was a clue item listed for me that I was not aware off. How do I go about getting this looked at through you all? Thanks.
Thanks for wanting to stay with us, Ruben! The items listed on the report would need to be disputed by reaching out to LexisNexis and requesting a hard copy CLUE report at 1-800-456-6004. This will be an automated line that will grab a few details from you and then they will follow up by mail with additional details. The quote needs to be purchased as is and once they dispute and send you the updated report, you would send that over to us to check out removing it. ~Jay
