Although it’s fully cooked and can be eaten right out of the can, frying it in butter or teriyaki is the best way to eat it, in my opinion. G H Stubs also make a honey mustard sauce that’s great. I make a honey mustard dressing out of it. I add a little vinegar and and honey mustard and mix it together and it’s delicious. I’m pretty sure I have almost everything you have in your house. I agree it’s important to be prepared. I’m with you on the canned meats. I love canned tuna and chicken.

Ladies just wanted to give you another thumbs up. I usually purchase Rao's marinara sauces. They cost about $6.99 a jar. I saw that you were eating Ragu brand but I don't think you mentioned the carb count. Well it's pretty low for a half cup it's 3.5 carbs and it's way cheaper. So next time I'll try a jar. If it tastes great I'll be buying Ragu instead of Rao's. Thanks 👍
Canned chicken is so handy and versatile - I always keep enough on hand if I want to make chicken breast crust pizza. I often use it for chicken salad, chicken quesadillas, and really any chicken stuffed whatever, especially for my daughter. And I also LOVE spam. Thanks for the reminder to restock that lol

We used your tip for crisping the tortilla before making pizza tonight. It worked! We've been eating floppy pizzas for years. Do you have a Gordons Food Service (GFS) near you? They have the La Banderita carb smart tortillas in burrito size. I use them to make wraps.
Hey girls😀 I noticed that my headaches on this diet are getting worse, what can I do to help them go away? Im drinking lots of water.. i drink coffee with the mct powder and take vitamins. Im doing everything im supposed to do but nothing is helping.
You may be allergic to MCT. Also when you feel headache coming put a little Himalayan pink salt on your tongue let it dissolve slowly then drink 8 ounces of purified water. Hope this helps.
I get carb withdrawal headaches when i start back after falling off the wagon, but if you've been doing keto for more than a couple weeks... id say electrolytes is a likely cause 👍i know i need some when my arm muscle starts twitching randomly. hope you feel better
You both look ten years younger since you lost weight not to say you looked bad cause I looked way older and bloated when I was 285. Being bigger only help you looks when you get older like in you're 50 caus it filla out the wrinkles in you're face but I've seen 20 year old girls and guys look 35 when there chubby it's ironic. Maybe it's just a bloated look. My point being why not wait to get old and fat enjoy you're youth and be healthy. You get way more attention from the opposite sex and even get more respect from strangers and friends
Ask your "fat free" friends for their fresh chicken skins then roast or broil until crispy. Freeze for a snack. You can defrost but I usually eat them out of them frozen. Soooooooo good.... and free.

Nope I can’t do the avocado mayo. I’ve made my own with avocado oil which isn’t too bad.
My husband, who would only eat Kraft Mayo, is now eating the avocado Mayo that I buy from Costco. It is made by Chosen Foods. It is very good.
