I’m so ready for this fight.. today is the 1st day of the rest of my life.. 41 2 children. On my own, alone, with a great support group. They know I will only as for what I need and my kids are too young to know what to believe.. well I’m ready for them to believe in me. And through me, I am a vessel to show them the light of my god!! I really needed this video today been out of work for 25 days I have always been healthy I used to own a gym used to do physique shows well life threw me a big curve ball battling health problems I’ve lost 16 pounds struggling each day had surgery few weeks ago today is my first day doing a small workout. I will get through this and anybody reads this you feel depressed or hopeless just know we will get through this together 🙏💪
16lbs can be beneficial to the majority. No work for months when there's so many minimum wage jobs. A dose of humility will go a long way.
