My most favoritest choreographer! The thing I love the most about SDC is the incorporation of Chinese culture and traditions into street dance and my introduction to Chinoiserie (China's own brand of street dance). It's amazing~ And it's all because of Ma Xialong's works of art! His creative process and execution is beyond genius! The way he turns their culture, like the Guqin (chinese musical instrument), Go (Chinese chess), Chinese calligraphy, painting, and embroidery into performance arts, always gives me beyond goosebumps feelings. Their beauty always make me cry every damn time!
agreed ma xiaolong is great. so funny to hear people like yibo comment as if he were an expert on chinese classical dance. thank god for lay zhang the other judge who can better appreciate the incorporation of classical styles into sdc.
Uno de los mejores coreógrafos, su creatividad es fuera de este mundo. Nunca decepciona con sus obras de arte, definitivamente Ma Xiaolong es uno de los mejores y merece más reconocimiento.
