tips for capcut! 1. for masking copy main clip then delete the background and add it as an overlay. do this a second time and make one of the overlays bigger and change the opacity to 50. then if the bigger clip goes overtop of the character change the layer to 1. then go to effects and choose texture then find "silkdot screen" adjust the filter to 0. then load it into the edit and press object then change it to the bigger clip. yw for masking 2. for rainbow sky copy the main clip and put the copied clip as an overlay, then change the main clip saturation to -50. then add any rainbow overlay and make sure its smooth so it wont be choppy. then on the overlay press cutout an press chroma key. select the sky and turn up the reset until the sky is rainbow! 3. for flashes add a photo of a white image as an overlay. adjust it to how long you want the flash to be the change the opacity to 22. then for the flash go to animation press out and choose fade out. theres your flashes!! 4. for shakes go to effects then go to nightclub and choose shake. make it as small as possible and adjust it to speed: 50, intensity: 15 now you have shakes! this keeps getting likes so ig ill update it even though i ditched capcut for funimate🗣️‼️ for my velo settings i change the clip speed to 0.2. then i cut the clip where the beat is then cut it again around 0.5 seconds after. on the 0.5 second clip go to speed-basic and change the speed to as fast as it can go. just repeat this for as many beats there are😛 for my updated shakes go to effects-video effects and search oblique blur. add it to the clip and press adjust-blur-100. make the blur effects as small as it can be and drag it so its on beat!! for my colouring press on your clip and press adjust. copy these settings brightness -7 contrast 17 saturation 20 brilliance 20 sharpen 100 highlights -11 shadows 18 fade 16 vignette 9 it might not look the best for every clip so just play around with it if it looks ugly🔥‼️

there is definitely some improvement in the capcut one, but i'm so glad you didn't just burture it completely! there's a lot you can do with capcut too if you use it right :) **even if ae is much more advanced and complex**
