Very informative video. Just one problem. How do you factor in the illegal drugs being administered by vets and trainers when looking at the physical appearance of a horse. One can't handicap drugs and form reversals that are so substantial due to Ped's. The major problem is vets and trainers are one step ahead of the drug testing. They are administering drugs that can't be detected in post race drug testing, or the labs are only testing for certain types of Ped's. Another big factor is the financial costs to test for everything that is illegal. This is how trainers continue to get away with murder.Bottom line you can't handicap the drugs.
