  • SUNCHEON is nice city to travel.
They have a Nakaneupseong folk village which you can see old and well preserved folk Korean village, most of them are thatched roof houses, very interesting.
Suncheon Waesong is also worth visiting, they are built by Japan when they invaded Korea.
Songgwangsa Temple and Seonamsa Temple are must-visit temples in Korea, they are headquater temples for Jogye order and Taego order of Korean buddhism.
Lastly Suncheonman bay wetland reserve, sunset at Yongsan observation deck is really beautiful.
When I was there, it was cloudy, and I made a mistake, I was supposed to come at low tide to see the beautiful S-shape canal, well, I will come back again.

That was fantastic Juno. Your dedication to promoting Korea is amazing! Your voice broke a few times when you talked about the Japanese invasion in the 1590’s.
Even though I am not Korean I felt the same way when I read this passage in a book titled ‘The Imjin War’ referring to the destruction of Jinju in 1593...
[The Japanese] did not leave a cow or dog or chicken alive In a frenzy of revenge against a nation that refused to be conquered, they pulled down the walls and burnt all the buildings. They filled the wells with stones. They cut down every tree. When the destruction was finished, Chinju ceased to exist’...
The lantern festival in Jinju celebrates the city’s resilience when it initially repelled the Japanese, but it’s hard not to be moved when standing on the fortress! Yes, I got tears in my eyes too! Keep up your great work!

I have been to Jinju maybe 2 ~ 3 times, scenery of Jinju fortress is beautiful, I will study stories of Jinju when I go to Jinju.
Japanese literally burned everything in Korea in 1590s, whenever I go to places, descriptions of places always starts with destruction by Japanese in 1590s.
Thank you for watching my video.

I am so glad TLee introduced your channel to our group in Discord. Your shots are beautiful and your love for your home shines though in every episode. At 1:58 I thought you were standing in front of a green screen bc that background is so beautiful but no that is just how picturesque the town really is. I love the idea of restoring the buildings for tourism purposes! It was so touching that you got emotional at the fortess, it is a place of bravery and sacrifice and should be appreciated and revered. The temple was absolutely gorgeous. It is so very sad that would steal the portraits, I hope they are found soon. I look forward to seeing more of your videos! 화이팅

Thank you so much for supporting my channel, lately I am trying to stop making videos, I have been trying every months I guess, because I spend too much time and money on it, but Korea is too addictive to me, it is like ok I will quit after this Fall season and who know what happens after Fall season haha Winter is also really pretty haha.

I don't understand why people would come in a steal such things.
    Anyway, the scenery is breathtaking.
    Thanks for the trip. :)

That is very interesting about building the shrine to protect Koreans from the Japanese soldiers spirits. It is a shame that someone came in and stole the history from it. The temple is very lovely, the whole ares is magnificent. All the vibrant colors all around was beautiful. Oh and the fields was breathtaking, especial when the wind blew through them! It was still a awesome video even if you didn’t get the sunset in the end. Just so peaceful💕
