    I certainly liked Michael Fallon is as human as anyone, 3 things I never do he did, but I'm glad he did it, because we need to be friends with bacteria. After all, by fermenting, we are inviting them: put the wet hands inside the spice container, put the bowl the bottom of it not sure if washed, and using both hands to crush so no free hand to get the other stuff needed!

    I had to chuckle. At 1:27, he bites a piece off, and throws the rest back into the bowl.

    Oh yea, a forgotten art. Never cooked or hot canned. I let mine sit for a year before I eat it.

      4 weeks are enough in room temp. Then it starts to be really soft.

    that wedding ring though, please wear gloves on preparing your food, healthy food is one thing, hygiene is another
