The Ore House ,. was great and it's gone , Baxters at the top of Bridge Street , The Slope Bar , all gone !
I'm going to visit next week while we're in Colorado, would be nice to know if there are any AIP friendly/Paleo. Might be a seperate video idea for you. :) Thanks for the info!
Great question! You must have made your trip by now...did you find anything? I'd imagine most of the restaurants have options or would happily sub the rice for veggies. Curious what you discovered.
@@livinginvailcolorado3263 Pure Kitchen was, by far, the best establishment with the most options for someone who is paleo like myself. They did sub the rice for veggies. It was fantastic! Most places had a least one thing I could have, though so we made things work. Beautiful place - super nice people!

Crap , it looks horrible ! It had charm and a great mountain feel , now it looks like some Disney land for snobby elites ! No longer a town with character and a heritage of being a locals town !
