"Harm Reduction" has increased overdoses and deaths particularly in BC. It was already a crisis as was pointed out, but these policies have only increased the problem several fold. Yes Alberta's rates are also rising, but we have tracked our problems back to BC's "safe supply". Our newer focus on dealing with tent cities and other places where addict's go to die, and instead send them into treatment will be what sees Alberta out of this mess faster.

There is a huge difference between decriminalization and legal possession!! BC can pass Provincial legislation and do not need permission from the tools in Ottawa!! For example it is a Provincial authority that prevents consuming liquor in public!! It is also a Provincial authority that prevents smoking in buildings and hospitals, and that should include a meth/ crack pipe!!

Well that was useless! Yes make the drugs Illegal and that's what we will vote for, this public health "approach" is obviously a failure but we could have easily guessed that. If it had any chance of success it would have been tried decades ago and likely was with no success.

The NDP are now losing to the Conservative party in the BC. The situation must be completely off the rails if the NDP lose to the Conservatives.
