the fact that the showrunners will end the serries with the first season shows how smart they are, Stop on a highnote, if this is the story they wanted to tell don´t drag it out.

@@tobsonasanya4765 Keep in mind that this is an indie animation show. An indie show that has better quality of animation and writing than many shows made by whatever corporation. The fact they were able to squeeze out even 8 of these on merch and ad revenue is a monumental achievement.
I hope we get something like "expiration date" for murder drones, a silly little 10 minute adventure with little to no lore, just there for the fun
Liam's post about the end of the series but talking about potentially seeing more stories set in this world gives me some hope that we will see some more Murder Drones content in the future, not a season 2, but perhaps something smaller like maybe some comics or shorts

I refuse to believe it. I WAS SO HAPPY AT THE END OF EPISODE 6 THEY CANT TAKE THAT AWAY FROM ME AND BRING HER BACK AFTER KILLING OFF ONE OF MY FAVE CHARACTERS FOR NO REASON.
Its a shame for a great indie animation show to end but I knew that this fandom had to end but I didn't want it to end so soon, still I hope for the best of other indie shows
The transition from "Everything Ends" to Murder Drones title looked very similar to The Big Bang, which might be hinting us that the Murder Drones universe will get blown up by the Absolute Solver as the ending of this series. I really hope that I'm wrong on this one....
With all the previous teases of a Season 2 on the horizon, I won't lie I am a bit bumbed that this will, from what we can tell, be the end of the series as a whole. Murder Drones was a fantastic series and a HUGE player in the kickstart of the indie animation era we're now finding ourselves in. Little upset that season 2 essentially got canned, but I'm looking forwards to the finale and excited to see how things'll end.
While I am kinda sad to see the show end, I'm still really excited to see the finale and I am hoping that Murder Drones could come back in future projects, like a spin-off or graphic novel. But for now, I am grateful to have watched this indie animation masterpiece
The animation on the finale is outstanding. Plus, it doesn’t matter if the shows end. It will be renowned as one of the greatest RUclips/ indie animation show of all time.
Im acutally really sad theres not gonna be a season 2 but its been a long journey since weve been here.
They may have been thinking about a second season but when TADC came along it overshadowed murder drones. It also makes sense that they would end the show early because TADC in the pilot made more money then the entire murder drones series. Might as well put money and resources into what will turn a profit.

I saw a frame somewhere that was V probablly taken from a little small frame from the teaser, it looked like the pose she made in the pilot before turning into a bey blade and atacking N in the fight, but slightlly diferent and with the phisics and dynamic hair seen in the trailer. Got three seasons to wrap up its story despite how rushed and clunky it was
And with the amazing digital circus fan base even bigger than the show will probably get even more seasons because of the support
I feel like that murder drones is getting the shaft end of the stick I don't know maybe the creator just wanted it to be eight episodes long
Or maybe that Luke and Kevin don't want to fund the show anymore most likely to focus on other developing shows
But having the series and after 8 definitely feels like Miss potential
We're just going to have to wait and see what happens with the final episode but overall I am excited for a to wrap up
And thanks to a lot of wonderful fan and content creators The show could live on with spin-off what if stories and also prequel and sequel stories
But one things for sure if the amazing digital circus gets a second season over murder drones then the fandom is going to flip their bricks

But for me am I long history with sci-fi
I honestly see way more world building potential with MD
Than I do with ADC

It wouldn’t be a story without an end I remember I was 12 when this series first came out and now I’m 15 turning 16 in a few months, this was an incredible journey and I’m happy I got to see it to its final episode 🗿🍷 (I’ll probably be an adult by the time tadc finishes😭)

To be honest I wasn't a fan of it much. I think it would have been cool to continue the "kill the humans" plot back from episode 1's ending instead of going with a generic mystery and coming of age. I mean think about it: We've just never seen a robot apocalypse/invasion from the robots' side. We only saw the humans's side with the robots just explaining their side. We never saw the robots' journey to control and power. But no, instead, liam for whatever reason decided to turn it into a mystery drama coming of age story with existential themes and puberty motifs.
2:33 My thoery is that N will fight Khan (hope i use the correct name) because we see Khan in the trailer kinda "upset" so maybe he want revenge by killing N, and that why he was building the railgun.

I'm mostly wondering about that shot of Khan because I don't think he ever had such a passionate expression in the rest of the show ever.
Maybe he manages to do massive damage to the Solver and is ecstatic to finally get revenge on the one thing that broke his family (and his planet).
Maybe he'll find himself in a similar situation to the one in the pilot where he has to trust Uzi's judgement as she's being attacked by the Solver (there's this shot where the Solver attacks Uzi after all).
Except that, unlike in the pilot, Khan would not give up on Uzi and would actually attack the Solver to protect her, successfully hurting it.
But then maybe the Solver would come out of the smoke, damaged but still not dead and attack Khan, which would be when Uzi would get back up and protect Khan too, with the two being there for each other in the fight this time.
This is my prediction. What do you think ?

I mentioned this on the trailer video itself; but while I am definitely excited for the finale, I am so sick and tired of this trend where a series only lasts like, 8 episodes. It's a huge problem on streaming services, and now Glitch is following this path with their two best shows.
for half hour shows, 12 is definitely ideal in my mind. However, if a story is properly constructed as a 'mini series' I think 8 episodes can be enough, and for slow paced productions like Glitch does, that is a good 'lifespan' for a fandom. I definitely feel like the 12 episode model per season was ideal though.
@@CartoonUniverse Honestly i'd say 12 episodes should be the minimum standard for ANY series. And while I do love murder drones, it's definitely a good example of a show suffering in terms of pacing due to this 8 episode limit. Too much was crammed into too few episodes.

I’m quite sad that this series is ending since it has had an impact on all of us who have watched. The story, action, humor and other things is what made this show perfect and I will never forget this since this was first animated series i actually watched and enjoyed. Unfortunately we have to move on but Murder Drones has left a mark on the internet and it has cemented itself as one of the kings of indie animation (in my opinion).
There is another mascot of indie animation like Uzi Doorman and Serial Designation N and it’s Blitzo Buckzo from Helluva Boss.

2)we get at the end of the episode, MD will continue sometime in the future
I won't lie, I'm not super happy that the series only got 8 episodes as that is a very small amount when you really think about it, but in the end that won't change just how much I love this series. It's special to me. I do hope we'll get a spinoff or something of the sorts tho.

It's like kinda trying too hard to be kid friendly and doesn't actually tap into existentialism or anything deep like murder drones does. I honestly don't know why it's so much more popular, maybe because it's more colorful? I don't know. Obviously this is just an opinon.

When I was younger, mine was Sailor Moon. It had stopped producing new content at a young age, and instead the real place for people with a Sailor Moon fixation to hang out was with fan projects. There was always communities and places to talk about Sailor Moon and the biggest thing was just whatever fans were doing to keep the world and stories alive.
Fan fiction and fan comics, and even fan series were made, and a lot will happen with Murder Drones too. You may start a channel where you just use a review style to talk about hypothetical other seasons that would have existed with a fan fictiony element, helping to keep the story alive in your heart and the hearts of other fans like you who just love all the ideas behind being a Robot on some other planet away from all the madness here on earth.
