In the latter case the central directory and zipfile comment will be found on the last disk(s) of this archive. unzip: cannot find zipfile directory in one of owncloud-10.10.0.zip or owncloud-10.10.0.zip.zip, and cannot find owncloud-10.10.0.zip.ZIP, period.

are you trying to install on fresh ubuntu install
try creating a new folder called conf-availability and then use the command
