In the state of Florida the law on firearms is "any place of nuisance" there's no alcohol threshold or food to alcohol ratio. If you know you're a nuisance leave your weapon at home. The biggest thing you should mention is that Florida is a mutual combat state: if you want to fight a bouncer go ahead, and no you can't press charges they can touch you and will.
