Such an amazing video! Thank you endlessly bonsaiq! I tried bending three juniper saplings today and i got a good start however it's very difficult not get any cracks, or at least micro cracks in the bark if bending very tight but hopefully my aftercare will be sufficient 😅🤣 It's also very difficult to place the branches the especially if theres is a lot of option. I didn't cut anything and just the main bends really tight and small and then i hope i can set the branches at a later date. I hope he comes back on the channel with more tips. Thank you again bonsaiq 🤣
Merci beaucoup Harigato
I have no idea the folds the master makes, I have started working harder at non logarithmic wire, normally you want 45 deg, but if you are doing trees like this or Bunjin trees, you don't want even bends, you want them to look random. An art Mr Kawasaki or Mr Hiruma has started filming. It takes a great eye to make it look good.
Great video! They mentioned kimiko also has a bonsai RUclips channel, but I don't think you mentioned what it's called. Could you please tell me and add it in the video description? Thank you!
I am curious about what is meant by the translated word 'reliquary' in this context. It's definition in English is something like: "A receptacle, such as a coffer or shrine, for keeping or displaying sacred relics". What would be a more accurate translation?

Great video demonstration of amazing bending skills, thank you. I have 2 questions. First you refer to the term reliquary which seems to be the bent shari areas, yes? In English a reliquary is a box or other container to hold the bones of a saint! Second in the video it appears Mr. Hiruma is also referred to as Mr. Hilma and I have seen this in other of your videos. Is this an artifact of the translation program?
@@bonsai_q Thank you. The potential religious links of shari in the Japanese language probably explains why the translation program translated it to reliquary. Also in the video I heard you say “shari” even though the translation was “reliquary” so maybe it is a context issue. No matter, these mame videos are amazing, we don’t see these often in the USA so anything you do is wonderful, especially Mrs Ohno and Mr Kagomiya. My wife is a potter so I hope to get her to make some mame pots.
Barely trying to get started in bonsai. Thank you so much for this video. I thought I had seen some nice trees in the bonsai nurseries here in the US. Nothing to compare to this.

Great video! They mentioned kimiko also has a bonsai RUclips channel, but I don't think you mentioned what it's called. Could you please tell me and add it in the video description? Thank you!
Paddington Bear has her own channel @-kimisbonsai-, I hope it doesn't make her mad I call her P Bear, she is so cute.
I will to try it, thank you. ❤
Enjoy Bonsai~Q everyday!!
English please, how long does the wire stay on?

Como siempre, buen contenido.
Gracias.
Wonderful video, I just subscribed to kimikos' bonsai RUclips channel 😀
Amazing 👍👍👍♥️

Yeah, I think reliquary refers to shari and/or Jin in this case. It was the same translation in their previous video.
They say Jin but yes reliquary is shari, I had the same issues is it Hilma or Hiruma?
