I recently used your old methode to create an accurate posititioning grid. but I put my tablesaw blade under a 45 degrees which leaves a thinner line then the normal thikness of the sawblade.. thanks for your tip it worked very well!
You gotta respect a man that uses a knife instead of a pencil for marking out work. To be accurate use a sharp pencil. To be really really accurate use a blade.
Do you want to repeat it? I have plans but I change some dimentions and still didn't correct 3d model. I try to make it tomorrow and give link for download
