San Vicente Town & Island Hopping | Palawan, Philippines (WeWillNomad)

If you prefer to try and escape the mass tourist crowds, then both Port Barton and San Vicente are great places to join a Palawan Island Hopping Tour. We decided to skip Port Barton and rather check out San Vicente which is a lot smaller and less developed. Unfortunately the week we were there, a typhoon passed by Palawan and the whole island felt the effect for a few days.
What makes the island hopping tours from San Vicente somewhat appealing is that there will most likely be only a fraction of the number of people in comparison to El Nido and Coron and they appear to be more inclusive (mask, snorkel, drybag, towel, entrance fees etc). The tours depart from both Port Barton and San Vicente but pretty much include the same island destinations.
