ha ha. yes . i had tge same problem. got to have some good tinder. have you tried a birds nest. Make it from dry grass and thin wood slivers. it will light easy and keep burning long enough to get some small sticks going.OR cheat and get some cotyon balls ( you use them for make up stuff i think lol) and add some pretroleum jelly to them. just a lityle. it lights quick and burns long.
