A couple years ago I spent 12 nights in #1 woke up the first morning sat down with my coffee opened the blind and was Looking at a momma moose and her baby looking back at me .😂 love going along with you two on your adventures. Had a ringside seat to watch the brave climbers.
In our opinion, sites #1 and #2 are the best. We live in Texas were mountains are few and far between, so seeing those climbers was a real treat. We are pleased to have you along with us.
Hi ladies , that looks like a beautiful place to camp! It amazes me how much more places and beautiful areas. Have just opened for you since your ability to boondocks camp. It's a amazing way Togo from all I've seen thru your videos. Stay safe and stay well, your in my thoughts and prayers ❤
Sharon edits our videos and almost always chooses where we will camp. She likes to see maps before she heads to a campground, so she includes them in the videos. Thanks for letting us know what you enjoy seeing.
@@TwoTiredTeachers They are amazing and brave! We have a nice photo of our two cats with the huge boulders in the background. What we didn’t realize was, there is also a rock climber at the very top of one of the boulders. It is the bonus in the photo😊
@@TwoTiredTeachers We travel with one cat, our sweet orange tabby who traveled with us for nearly five years passed away in May. We miss him every day, yes they do make traveling more interesting. He was a special cat indeed.
I know from experience that no pet can be replaced. Pets are a part of the family. However, I've always found that a kitten eases the sting of the loss.
The Vedauwoo Recreation Area is actually in Wyoming. We were on our way to Yellowstone, but we would love for you to come camp at one or more of our many places in TX.
GOOD VIDEO...What brand is your electric bike? I have a electric bike company EBC and if I was on the wash board road like you it would leave me stranded.
We use the blanket tucked under the mattress to make the bed more level. It's just a microfiber blanket like you could get at Target or Walmart or most pharmacies.
There's my lovely tired teachers. My camping guru's.
You are far too kind. I wouldn't call us gurus, but we appreciate your thoughts.

I’m a Texas girl too, east Texas. Enjoy your adventures!
@@lindareffitt3516 We like all of our viewers, but fellow Texans hold a special place in our hearts.

Hey, Cassie. We love Vedauwoo. It is a great place and we thoroughly enjoyed watching the rock climbing.
Great review, I like it when you include a map of the camping area. I always pause the video and scope it out.

Yall are awesome 😊👍
Thank you so much!
@@TwoTiredTeachers your welcome 😊
One of our favorite places to camp! (Pronounced Vee-da-voo). Thanks for sharing this one!
We really enjoyed watching the rock climbers.

We travel with my gorgeous little cat and Sharon's dog. It makes travel very interesting sometimes. 🤣

Gosh I wish I could camp in Texas!

Lairime is home to University of Wyoming. The university has an excellent landscaped courtyard.
We may have driven by it.
Question how large are your black and gray tanks?
Just curious we’ve slowly been doing more dry camping.
@@phyllistrussell2819 They are 28 and 30 gallons.

We have RAD bikes. They aren't the cheapest, but they've done everything we've wanted them to. We do have a playlist for the bikes.
Could you please speak more about the microfiber blanket you use for back? I sleep on the ground/tent camping. This appears to be what I need.
We use the blanket tucked under the mattress to make the bed more level. It's just a microfiber blanket like you could get at Target or Walmart or most pharmacies.
It appears you might be on the old Lincoln Highway?
That was about 6 months ago, and I'm not certain what roads we traveled. Sorry.
Beware of dispersed campsite #4. You must share it with the friendly (but many) rock climbers during the day. They park right next to your rig.
Thanks for the warning. We knew the climbers were there, but we had no idea where they parked.
When were you there? I’m considering going but worried I’ll get there and there’ll be no spots
We were there in late August. There are lots of spots, but we wouldn't be comfortable towing the trailer very far down the road.
