JoeyBoey I am grateful beyond expression for the gift of this outstanding, brilliant, and deeply touching television series! What an AMAZING privilege it is for everyone and in particular, those of us who were not yet born when it was produced, or who were too young, or who otherwise just were unaware of this magnificent show. THANK YOU, JoeyBoey! THANK YOU FOREVER!!! Thank you and God bless you!

For over 50 years, whenever I was asked what my favorite all-time TV show was I always said, "It's A Man's World."

JoeyBoey -- thanks. Words fail, but thanks, however you did this. I was a teen, then, and am now almost 70. So, it's been a long wait, and thanks again. I hope Michael Burns and Randy Boone know about this. Bet they'd enjoy it.

You are also missing ep.14 'The Long Way Around'. It's a shame they didn't do a 20th Anniv. Reunion program of this series. That would have been in 1982, now they couldn't, only Vern & Howie are alive. Thanks JoeyBoey for taking the time and sharing these episodes with us.

I used to shop in Brattleboro Vermont at the Food Co-op. Henry Peter Tewksebury (the brilliant creator of this show) was just 'Henry the Cheeseman' who ran the cheese department. He could have been just any of the more lovable citizens of Cordelia Ohio.

    The long wait is over!
Thank you! I have waited for 53 years to watch these episodes again!
The original publicity stated that the show was not fully scripted, the actors and actresses extemporized their dialogue.
This was one of the best television programs of all times!
Hmm, around the same time there was 90 Bristol Court...
Interesting to see what happened to Michael Burns... he went on to be a college prof.

Thank you JoeyBoey. I've grabbed them all now. I'm glad to be able to get 18 episodes! I guess that one episode just won't upload, eh? This series is rare as hen's teeth so I hope other fans will discover it here. I posted a notice on "TVObscuritites.com". Lots of fans of this show there.

Yeah, that episode won't copy onto my computer at all. I've tried ripping it multiple times and I've changed the settings around but nothing seems to work.
I've seen that TV Obscurities page before, it's a neat write up.

    Hi Joey,
Wow! I thought about and missed this show for over 57 YEARS and now I've discovered them here on RUclips. God Bless You for sharing them with everybody.
Out of the 19 episodes that originally aired, you posted 17 of them here. The missing episodes, "The Long Way Around" and "Mutiny on the Elephant" are missing from your collection.
Do you have them, and if you do, will you please add them to this collection?
I'm sure the many fans who've rediscovered this wonderful show here would appreciate it... Thanks again! - Jim

Just heard about this show via a new article in The New Yorker about the producer Peter Tewksbury and JD Salinger. Remember the show promo as a young boy but was watching the Beverly Hillbillies which was on
CBS in The same time slot.
Pretty "serious" presentation compare to the lowbrow humor of the other shows. Too bad they canceled it before it found it's audience. Nielsen ratings monopoly killed it.
In the article they mentioned there was a campaign by the producer and rallies by students to get it back on the air.
Tewksbury left Hollywood to become a cheese maker in Vermont.
