The Limey - Movie Review

Steven Soderbergh's 1999 masterpiece takes its place in our Dad After Dark series as it tackles fatherhood, guilt, regret, and also artifice, while bringing us along on a guilty-pleasure-filled revenge fantasy. Terence Stamp stuns as Wilson, an English dad on a tear through LA, hunting down the killers of his late daughter Jenny, and uncovering an unexpected reason for her demise. Peter Fonda, Lesley Ann Warren, Luis Guzman, and Barry Newman round out the cast with great performances of a haunting screenplay by Lem Dobbs. One of Soderbergh's best.
