Oh, people feel so clever when they notice that something is playback. (And sometimes it isn't although people believe it.) Fact is he has sung this live as beautifully and even that 20 second note. If you don't believe it look for the 2001 Rock am Ring performance of the song. Breathtaking.
One of my favorites from a-ha. Morten Harket really epitomizes what a great tenor voice sounds like. I sing this song often. Summer Moved On is a song that really touches me. The metaphor is not lost on me personally. Going through a divorce I never wanted really hurts and this song definitely captures the tremendous let down I feel.
I think it's creepy..beautifully creepy, (in this performance) having a-ha back and looking like they haven't aged, with their creativity still growing strong. It's wonderful :) but i've only just found out they had reunited in 2000 this year! So they had ended. Gosh I feel like crying every night!
