You need to draw and separate many layers in that drawing, then you go to the specialized application to make clips, for more details you can watch the animation tutorial videos^^
@@hasarimomoriI couldn't have explained it better, In my case, the apps I use are Alight motion(for tweening and backgrounds), ibis paint or flipaclip(for frame-by-frame animation) and to put together all the animations, backgrounds and others things I use the capcut app (´ . .̫ . `)
Im not used to using alright motion it's complicated for me and ibispaint it's almost as hard as alright motion it's just i have to try to make it sync with having the audio separate from the app
@@M4N14C4L You can use any song itself, commonly meme animations are just fragments that do not last more than a minute of any song, you can create your own original meme or make an existing one, if you search for "meme animation" itself on youtube or even tiktok you will get many videos of which you can make your own version of the meme ^^

@hasarimomori I got flipaclip and that's a thing I can do to make animations and I don't know what song to use for it
