I’m not one to cry at all (thank you childhood trauma 😅) but I have cried more in the last 1.5 years than I can remember. And every time it’s while listening to Sleep Token! And I love it! They really are a phenomenal band and Vessels vocals are incredible ❤

If you do Blood Sport please please please do both versions! The original studio version is in my opinion the better version, but the room below version is more personal and emotional. So make sure to check both 🥰

I cry pretty easy with good movies or tv but there's not a lot of music that can do that to me consistently, except THIS band just has something special that I can't really identify.
As for other songs that make me emo, the first one that jumps to mine is actually The Reason by Hoobastank lol. Singing along to that one all the way through is just impossible 😅
Oh here's a better one, Between the Buried and Me, the end of Silent Flight Parliament at the end of Parallax II-that whole repeating part with "jet propulsion disengage, dancing towards our future, etc" just gets me every time and idk why.

man, honestly, i think u deserve to start from the beginning, its clearly for me that this band touched u and this journey is INSANELY beautiful, sad, hopefull and emotional, if u want to be amazed in the end of this trilogy of albums, start from "Sundowning", u will not regret this experience in the end. This song hits so damn hard. Why? It’s the feeling and thought that leaving this world, ascending…..is the only way to escape the pain.
Then follows ARE YOU REALLY OKAY? Which is looking from the outside in after trying to take that god awful step.
Take Me Back To Eden is wanting it all back, despite all the hurt before it depends into that brutal desperate ending.
Into EUCLID which is the end, the closure and the realisation that it’s over and it’s okay to move on. The healing and time to be someone new. And it’s fucking beautiful.
Those four songs complete this truly beautiful masterpiece of an album.

Yeah they're really masters of it lol! I think I've experienced (and continue to experience) more emotion in just these few songs I've heard than I have in a lot of ENTIRE albums from certain other bands over the years. They're really something else.

A track that gets me every f*cking time, is "New Day" by Karnivool. Mostly because of the music that does tickle my brain on places I didn't even know my brain has.
And it's building: during the track there are some moments that are hitting me ... but a bit after half the track, it all is HITTING me. Truly recommend this one for you to react on.

The record tmbte makes all of the other records incredible for me. But the song I keep coming back to over and over more than the rest is Take Me Back To Eden, which is something because ST records are all I seem to listen to for the past four months. I don’t know why exactly this is thee song for me. But it’s refreshing every time. I think it’s the way he says the word amount in the lyric no amount of love, similarly I think the way he sings “Self sought fury” is so emotive and real. But this is the pinnacle of rock music for me. Especially since I’ve been obsessed with bands like Pink Floyd and zep and pantera and Metallica and Prince. I hope my intuitions are correct in thinking these guys have beautifully wedged themselves into the pages of music history with something we needed at this point in time. Thank you for being part of the journey.
