I was predicting I-no and Gio too, cause from the 4 revealed at EVO I found 2 patterns for who's getting new moves first, one being Ram and May and the similarity being they're both high/top-tier that are very linear in their game plan, fitting with Gio The other being low/mid-tiers getting stuff to make them more viable, Anji and Faust fitting this (Anji is kinda debatable atm, he can be played very well), I-no also fits this category, as besides Daru, most people wouldn't consider her very high-tier, hoping it changes with season 3 though
I dont think Ino has a new move, since that image is in a post about the new offensive mechanic, I think its a screen shot thats just really late in the animation.

Giovanna's new move may be a new mix-up option considering she does a Sol Poente afterwards. Maybe its like Anji's Fuujin but as a dash. Probably not a dash cancel considering the effect and new animation. So hyped for this update man
You gave me alot to think about, I'm very excited for the 24th, specifically season pass want to try and wait for A.B.A or Dizzy but these new mechanics make me want to play again. I'm just too mentally exhausted to do so, but all look cool and interesting to think about especially that totsugeki cancel and Faust item store
