Watching these videos are actually quite satisfying. I also love the closeness and the humour of the guys. If I lived in Liverpool and ever required my drains unblocking I’d definitely call you guys. Thank you for brightening up my day!

Not gouging them for an emergency call. Outstanding! I guarantee she’ll be bragging about your quick response and great job done. Hopefully over time, you and your colleagues receive many blessings for your strong ethics.
Love the speech about pricing at the end. As a business owner being fair to your clients is so important, and something I spend a lot of time agonizing over personally.
JEM, you are the man 👨 You are very considerate and in my opinion you go beyond the call of plumbers in your area. JEM, don’t you worry about what other people say! I watch many plumbers in the UK 🇬🇧, GERMANY 🇩🇪 AND CANADA 🇨🇦, and AUSTRALIA 🇦🇺. There are so many plumbers that do not take their work seriously. They only do the bare minimum and complain constantly! 😤 They do half-assed work and don’t care what the customer thinks about them! My Dad always explained to me , first of all be thankful that you have a good job. Secondly, to always give 110% effort and be honest! You , Andy, Joe , Warren and Jenny are top notch human beings! Keep up your great work! Sincerely Susie 🧤🔦👍💩🪣
As said keeping your prices fixed will always get you a better reputation and a higher customer response. Brilliant work to all of you gents and ladies 👍👌👍👌
That's so sweet to have such standard prices. When you're consistently fair & good, always leave things cleaned up... new jobs will come your way. 🙂 Awesome as always, and the lady was so relieved, I can't imagine how horrible it would have been if you'd not been able to jet it out. I've been curious about the taped on papers in the van... either your business papers, or happy reviews I should think.
It was a big job for them - I'll bet they were SUPER happy that you came out to take care of it - and you will more than likely get that inevitable follow up call!
Bloody good job - and well done on you and the lads for not charging an arm and leg for a simple unblock. Sad to hear of the lady getting ripped off by a cowboy. Keep up the good work 👍
You guys do a great job I myself work with septic tanks its always something different each day keep up the hard work look forward to more videos of repairs and unblocking drains 👍👍
@@TheDrainUnblockers still got a lot off videos to watch it’s so addictive you have a great group of workers and always go out your way to help your customer 👍
Another job well down, Jen! I'll be working the drain next to the bar. Let me go get a couple of screw drivers! 🤣🤣🤣🤣 Followed up by it's too early for a pint! Joking aside, love your work ethic towards your customers! Its hard to find a Great Company these days, especially with quality employees! A++++
Very impressive customer service. Both coming out on day off just to get an urgent job done for a customer in need, charging a fair price and just like it was an ordinary job, and going above and beyond (like taking the bucket from the front yard and dumping it). I wish I'd ever had such an experience even half as good in the U.S. with drain cleaning :(
Hi Jem, I’m from South Africa and also specialise in jetting and drain CCTV. Could you give a tour of your van and equipment? I’m looking to expand and really like your unit
@@jetter1jem955 No, lol. Black Country, I've spent several summer shut downs early 1990's at Halewood and Ellesmere Port, stayed at the Hardman Hotel, near the Philharmonic pub. Calling it a hotel was not very accurate, it was in a bad state, bricks holding the beds up, but working 12 hours, then city licensing hours was brilliant; great night life, someone nicknamed it the "Hardhat hotel". The Philharmonic pub was lovely, fantastic tiling, I think the lavatories were listed/ protected. Walking to and from the bars etc, the winos, would ask for 50 pence, but on a Friday, it was a fiver 😆 ( we had our posh clothes/gear on. No need to comment on price as such but £70-£90 per half hour seems reasonable for equipment, consumables, vans, unit rent , office backup and so on , sort of assumes 4 to 5 jobs per day. Charge businesses extra for a/s hours though !
Love your policy's once got out a well know national company, charged per 30 minutes spent first 20 minutes clanging his tools in his van which I called him out on but did I get away with 30minutes no funny it just went over to 34minutes.

Poor lady. Plans for weeks for the great event and her shit hole blocks up. Looks like the guy was busy the night before trying to bucket it out. Well done guys.
You even said about putting the cover on, but then didn’t bother. As a matter of interest could you have cleared that with a rod from the blocked manhole.
Does the smell from the sewage permeate above? Don't your guest smell that from time to time? I don't really understand this type of engineering at all.

Easy money that one
is the disinfectant ok for plants and animals?
Bottle says to use neat in drainage systems, however wouldn't endorse anyone drinking it XD
this cable you use, how does it work ? I see you start some engine connected to this cable, but what does it drive ?
The cable is a hose that pumps water under pressure to blast any blockage
How many miles do you do in a week in your van
That drain will get a hammering in the evening, were you back on Monday !
Very good comment and so right called back day later drain full of wipes
Just used rods this time easy blockage on outlet of manhole

Me too 😂
I like the smell of disinfectant in the morning
Does the smell from the sewage permeate above? Don't your guest smell that from time to time? I don't really understand this type of engineering at all.
Hopefully its a good smelling disinfectant, since they have guests coming over later.
As for the manhole cover, shouldn’t people watch where they put their own feet?
Its normally recommended to put a three sided barrier up if there are people about.
