I agree. BUT they are neutering the wrong sex. They need to spay the females. It only takes one male to breed many, many females. There is no way to get all of the males fixed. But spaying the females stops that animal breeding again forever. I know the spay operation is harder; but the benefits are greater in the long run.

And why shave so much hair off of the belly ? Doesn’t the incision happen on the testicles ? I’ve never seen medical staff allowed to wear flip flops while on duty. That facility looks like an accident or bad situation just waiting to happen.

The macaque species are doing what they are best at, v/s humans. So, it is a kind of fight for survival, with all tools and weapons each combatant has at disposal.
While Macaques have agility and opportunistic plunder, humans intelligence and its applicability to their advantage.
Thus, what you see here is a part of human intervention for survival against their immediate rivals- but without any deaths.
A sort of struggle for existence, using one’s intellect.
Those monkey's will be pissed when they wake up and find their junk is gone.

It’s about time there are too many monkeys about and they are abused so much just to make money it’s very sad looking at them starving looking for bits to eat I love monkeys but to many babies are left and no help for them 😢💔
