U/s 161 the person who appears before the police is not bound to answer the questions which would have a tendency to expose him to a criminal charge or a penalty.

@@sandeepkataria9936 don't worry, it is not a heinous offence....A person gets disqualified when he is convict of heinous offence. Conviction in small offences does not disentitle a person from govt. job.

I cannot understand that in a case which is instituted except police report tribal by session judge crpc 208, megistrate have to provide statement of examination by police if so crpc 208(2).
Where case is instituted without police report, megistrate can examine witness on oath croc 200. Then how it is possible that police examined witnesses under 161.
very important quoestion-- PLz answer... how many time CRPC 160 Summon can be generated in any one person? does police have authority to generate summon unlimited time under CRPS 160 Section? also, please answer that what if someone goes to police station after receieving summon and police officer took only half statement and for another half statement, he will call or send notice...? means, police have authority to issue summon under CRPC Sec 160 for unlimited time???

My note: Matlab 161 mai diye gahay bayan mai aur Trial k doran bayan mai agar contradiction aaye tou hi osay trial court accept kar sakta hay. Court sirf 161 k bayan k tahat saza nae de sakti ya reha nae kar sakti matlab substantive peace of evidence nae. Exception: Maslan kisi ne 161 mai bayan dia k mai ne qatal kia aur janch karnay par tos saboot b milnay lagay, tou Court b Court 161 k bayan ko accpet karegi aur dying declaration ko qabool karti hay ..

Can Police officer enforce any person to come for examine under section 160/161 of CRPC, when someone has neither willing to come for examine or become witness nor he has committed to come to be examined/as witness ?
Pls make me clear why such person shall not sign the recording recorded by police..what will happen if such person signed the recording..??
