Man.. I thought Keanu Reeves launched a RUclips channel when I stumbled across this.. nice video . Thing I love about the Evercade is it’s arcade ports, I think this is a big strength of the system, there is a collection (Data East Arcade1)that has Tumblepop on it, it’s one of the best arcade games I’ve played , must have put £1000 into the cab back in the day . But it’s a game that never seen a home release incredibly, until now.. so finally great to have an official physical version of that .

My Evercade is coming Friday from Amazon. I got it for the Duke Nukem collections of games. I'm glad you really like it. There are some interesting games for it and they're not that expensive so I can't wait to test it out.

We’ve been playing Evercade a lot lately. Got a few games for it now. Picked up the team 17 collections as I’m a big Amiga fan. There’s a fun little game to download at the moment called bubble sea horse adventure and me and my misses completed it last night. Good fun

I feel that Evercade proves "the opposite" point: companies like Sega (including Sega) should have produced _something like_ an Evercade, instead of a series of dead end mini consoles -Namco would be another candidate, and of course it would be better still if Namco and Sega could co-operate (but they can't so they won't, etc.). I am the Evercade's harshest critic, but, _in total,_ have I spent more money on Evercade crap than Sega retro crap, S.N.K. retro crap and/or Namco Museum… ?
Hmm that’s a very fair point, I think maybe I just like it from a downsizing perspective. I’m ultimately going to only have a handful of systems in a couple of years as I look to live overseas. I like this and the switch for space reasons, but also enjoying a lot of evercades titles.
I'd recommend the "Trimui Smart" (it is shown in several of my youtube videos, as a sort of comparison, but I do not have a video dedicated to reviewing it)… it's the only portable system that's REALLY portable… and it's REALLY retro (plays 2600 straight out the box). If I have to relocate to a desert Island, what am I gonna do with my enormous Neo Geo arcade joysticks, bro? Yeah, I'm also looking at a relocation to Europe (not a desert island) and I'll probably have to bury my collection in a pirate cave or something. @@retrobeliever

The Evercade always needs more love shown. One of my favorite consoles - thank you for covering some of the carts I don't have yet!
