      Hi Frank, I've made a more recent video switching out my Lasfit LED bulbs for Auxito due to hyperflashing issues when left blinking over 4 minutes. You can use both 7440 or 7443 for your XLE depending on the effect you desire. Since the XLE bulb serves as your DRL and stays on constantly, you can consider getting the 7443 amber/white switchback combo so it alternates between constant white then blinks amber when you use your turn signals. If you prefer amber only then the 7440s will serve you well.

    Thanks for this great guide! I just completed it on mine. One question about the front amber colored parking lights; did you replace yours? I tried a Auxito LED 194 but I thought it was too bright so I switched it back to the original halogen bulb.

      Glad it helped! I left the parking lights on the side stock halogen for the same reasons.

      Hi Gabriel, I've had the Lasfit bulbs installed since July 2021 and have never had any hyper flashing issues.

    • @ossamusakagutijr7577
      @ossamusakagutijr7577 2 года назад

      it's not Hyper flashing, but you can clearly see the flash frequency is higher than normal. On the video, the left side is still old bulbs and only testing with alert signal (both side at the same time). The moment you use the turn signal (one side only) it will "fast" flash. It's happening to my Highlander 2018...

    Hey Thanh Tran, I have a 2021 XLE and when my headlights are on the blinker lights are also on. Would I need to get the 2:1 LED lights? Or would the ones you have work?

    • @vietbubbletea
      @vietbubbletea  2 года назад

      @Mike Duran On the XLE trim, you most likely can use 7443 dual filament bulbs since your front turn lights with be constantly on when the headlights are on. You just need to decide if you prefer the light orange/dark orange or orange/white blinker pattern. Lasfit has both for you to choose from.

    • @vietbubbletea

      @@oeklm Yup, they return to normal after the built in resistors cool down. I've only had it happen twice when I was waiting for a car in a Costco parking lot and another time waiting at a red light that took forever to make a left turn.

    This is great. Did you experience any hyperflash or other issues?

    • @vietbubbletea
      @vietbubbletea  3 года назад +3

      I've had them on for a month now and no issues at all. I have friends who have had these bulbs in their cars for 3+ yrs with no issues as well. It's also good to know that Lasfit stands behind their products with a 1yr warranty if you have any defective issues and they will replace the bulbs free of charge.

    • @vietbubbletea
      @vietbubbletea  2 года назад +1

      @Norman Amparo After 6 months of real world usage, I've noticed that if the turn lights are left blinking for more than 5 minutes, they will begin to hyper flash since the embedded resistor in the bulb gets to hot. But after it cools down, it goes back to operating normally.

      Hello love your videos. Very helpful. I have a 2021 Highlander XLE. I changed my turn signal bulbs as well with the same Lastfit bulbs like you did. I am experiencing hyper flashing on my right front side. Amazon sent me replacement bulbs and I am still experiencing hyper flashing. Do you know what could be causing that? The drive side is working perfectly.

    • @vietbubbletea
      @vietbubbletea  3 года назад

      @@lexuscraig4712 Hmmm... if you have the same exact Lasfit bulbs I do with the built in resistors, I would try to switch the drivers side LED to the passenger side to see if you can replicate the hyper flashing. That should help isolate if the issue is the bulb or the socket. If it's the bulb, good news is Lasfit one year warranty where they will replace it directly for you. Let me know how it turns out!
