We are now cooking different #simpol regional dishes for you all! Let’s start today with this delicious pork ribs from Quezon Province!
INGREDIENTS:
Set A
1 kilo pork spareribs
¼ cup soy sauce
1 cup pineapple juice
Black pepper, to taste
Set B
3 tablespoons oil
1 tablespoon garlic, minced
1 large onion, chopped
Pinch of salt
2 pieces Laurel leaves
2 cups chicken stock
1 cup tomato sauce
½ cup peanut butter
Set C
2 pieces medium potatoes, cubed
1 large red bell pepper, sliced
¼ cup green peas
3 tablespoon fish sauce
Freshly cracked black pepper

For me I want all meat dishes specially stews or saucy dishes to fall off from the bone. Mas naeenjoy ko kasi yung super lambot pati yung carrots at patatas mas ok ang overcooked for me.
