    You are using my fav jerk seasoning! I'm so glad to have found your way to cook turkey wings with it! T.wings are really cheap at the meat market.

    Hey babe I had your yt video saved in my favorites for a few months and tonight I made them. They were awesome! I probably could have taken them out a little earlier but my bf and I loved them. The browning is def the secret as well as the tomatoe ketchup. The jerk wasn’t too spicy which I was hoping it wouldn’t be. I wish I could show you a pic, lol ❤️

    You want color in your turkey or chicken. Use some Puertorrican SASON GOYA WITH ACHIOTE. You will love it.

    Once you cover and add liquid you are now steaming. You should be roasting.... uncovered if you want it really crispy. Then instead you can use the extra jerk and ketchup mixture to "baste" the wings.

    I would deep fry the wings; 2 different temp for bubbly skin, turkey skin is to thick.
