Its essentially just the fetelix jump, but you keep more momentum. Chances are, this will only be used by freestylers, but who knows, a lot of mechanics that pros use now, where also considered pointless or only for freestylers.

Give it a week. App Jack and zen will be using it consistently. Just like chain dash, zap dashes. They use them like it's just throttle
