My name is Jess! I had a daughter (Lilia) at age 18 w/ my high school sweetheart. We mutually split up & co-parent to this day. I met someone new, got married, had twin boys (Kyson & Kaden) and another son (Landen). He cheated, we split ways, & he’s not around much. After juggling life as a single mom of 4 for some time, I met Chris, he had 2 sons: Caden and Tommy, who eventually became my step sons. After Chris and I got married, we had our 7th child together, Addelyn. Jessica, I can totally relate. The birth of my daughter was traumatic. I had a crash team surrounding my bed after forceps were used to pull my daughter out by the shoulders. I was ripped apart and haemorrhaging. I survived (obviously😂), but I had leakage. I had to use pads every day but was taught to do pelvic floor exercises. THANKYOU FOR HIGHLIGHTING THE REALITY OF GIVING BIRTH THAT SO MANY OF US UNDERSTAND💞💕💓

Bladder leakage is COMMON but not NORMAL. it's caused by a weak pelvic floor. If bladder leakage is something "you" (anyone) suffer with talk to your Primary Care Physician about seeing a pelvic floor specialized physical therapist.

I had to have a hysterectomy in 05 with a bladder sling. Well last yr I needed to have my bladder sling redone using my own tissue (tensor Fascia latae muscle fascia) last May. I used so many different products and I wish I knew about the products you're using. 😢

Blows my mind how late they teach children to read in America, in the UK children are reading by the age of 4/5. No hate btw just an observation I’ve made whilst watching your videos, My daughter is the same age as the twins, my son is the same age as Landen and I have a 5 year old. And I always find it so fascinating seeing the differences in education over there.

Yeah it’s so late in schools. but I feel like everyone I know (including me when I was growing up and me for my own four kids ) learns read at home age 3-5! Maybe that’s why homeschool is so popular in USA bc school is not always the best 😢
