Please watch some podcast episodes from DOAC how the Host listens to his guests.Also very annoying the camera keep changing from the guest to host in the whole podcast. The camera should always focus on the guest or whoever is speaking instead it keeps changing the focus all the time. Why would we need to look at you when the guest is speaking!!

Dear shobha ..love watching your podcasts..as I was watching this. I decided to comment and realized that a lot of people have had similar experiences and that is to do with your regularly interrupting your guests when they are answering and you are injecting yourself while disrupting the flow sometimes. My wife tells me the same thing when sometimes we are having a conversation about something. I know how it must feel but thought of sharing it anyways. In an hour long interview, you are probably speaking 60/70% of the time. I still will listen to your podcasts as they have a meaningful content, but in the interest of your subscribers, you may please take my comments as a positive criticism rather than undermining the value of your podcasts. Thanks.
