Great Video I used it to teach my international Eng. Lang. students about American food freezing for a rainy day - which included some new English vocab and phrases.

I love using my freezer to store food when I cook in big portions. I am always nervous about freezing in glass jars, so thank you for the guide!

If you rub your lids with some lard or olive oil they do not rust. I freeze in mason jars all the time, especially salsas and soups, chicken soup as making a huge pot of chicken soup from a whole chicken is the way to go. Most mason jars these days have a plastic or rubber bottom so with the oil rub I’ve never had a jar rust. Ive froze for a couple or even a few months. Rust grows with air. Hope this helps anyone.

I plan on freezing juiced lemons in jars. I am confident that your freezing method will work.
My backyard tree is overflowing with lemons. I gave away bags & bags to relatives.
    I LOVE YOUR VIDEOS!

You can freeze anything in a jar as long as you stick to the fill lines!

      Fridge overnight.
If needed quickly (within the next 10-15 minutes): microwave defrost function placed at edge of spinning dish.

When you were sayin, “no shoulders...shoulders.” I had flashbacks to being four and watching the, “near...far” segment on Sesame Street. 😹

Have you thought about doing zoo videos, you remind me of that guy that played with alligators all the time, but then he died swiming with stingrays. You both talk like your entertaining toddler babies.

Zero waste doesn't mean zero plastic!!! So many people believe this and it's not true
